Only 500(ish) steps to the beach to this Seaside Paradise! You'll love this newly renovated Surf-Themed 3 bed 2 bath condo with all the comforts of home. You'll find new linens, cookware (including a crock pot), starter toiletries plus a dryer/flat iron, beach chairs/towels/cooler and more. Step outside to the heated pool (or visit one of the other 2) or take a walk on one of the many trails. You can take a pitstop to play some tennis, shuffleboard, pickleball, or head to the gym. Take a drive to Flagler Ave. and check out the shops and restaurants. There's always something fun to do in our community for everyone.

We had a great time unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best so we didn’t visit the pool. The beach was any easy walk with a cross walk. The house had the beach items needed for a day at the beach.

Seaside Paradise was awesome

Our stay was a great retreat during the holidays. Kim was a pleasure to work with and answered any and all questions extremely quickly. Seaside Paradise is a great place and a short walk to the beach. Looking forward to our next stay here.

First trip to NSB

This was a wonderful property. Truly did have everything we could have needed. As a couple traveling with 3 teens, having a safe area and very close to the beach was very important to us. Did not disappoint. 10/10 recommend!!

Adorable and convenient

Home was adorable, clean, and a quick walk to the beach. Love that everything we could have needed was available. Only downfall was nowhere to wash off sand and feet at the beach or condo complex to avoid tracking it inside. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

Clean, cozy and close to beach

Enjoyed the cute decorations and that it was very clean. It took us about 10 min to walk the beach while carrying all our stuff. It’s a quiet area of the beach, which we really enjoyed. Very close to Baker’s Table, Izzy’s Island Tacos and Ice Cream, Publix and Flagler. We loved our time there!

Great condo in a great community

This condo was perfect for our family vacation in NSB. The kids loved the privacy of the loft, plus we had enough space for the rest of us. We love this community too with proximity to the pools and beach. Kim and Danny were excellent hosts that made everything super easy. The place was beautiful and had all the accommodations we needed. You can tell they treat their condo like a home and not just a rental property.

We had an AMAZING stay! The host truly thought of EVERY detail - from beach towels to a fully stocked supply of beach gear including a cooler, umbrella, chairs, shovels, a wagon, and more. It made our beach days so easy and enjoyable.The space itself was perfect for our family: clean, comfortable, and thoroughly set up. The beds (I know for sure the one in the second bedroom) were incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated the collection of board games, which made for fun family time in the evenings after the beach. We also loved being so close to the beach - perfect for fishing in the mornings!The spiral staircase was a little scary with a little one, but the host had clearly warned us about it ahead of time, so we knew what to expect and planned accordingly. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the New Smyrna Beach area!

Condo was clean, had all required kitchen equipment we needed. Small walk to the beach. Complete information to access easely the condo. Very, very quiet and to finish my grand-son said it was the best week of his life.

Great family vacation

We were looking for a quick family vacation rental that was close by to all of us and could comfortably house us all. We found it and much more! Each room had comfortable beds, tvs, plugs for all the electronics and fans (both ceiling and floor). Which catered to everyone’s needs one way or another. We enjoyed the back porch, I think it was a favorite among all. Multiple pools close by with one right outside. Beach was an easy walk and had a dedicated crossing area! Such a gem, we look forward to coming back again.

Close to the beach, fabulous community

The unit was very clean and bright. When our family visited we found the living and dining area a little cramped, but we could spread out into the wonderful veranda which is very large. The ocean is right across the street with a cross walk, a one minute walk away. This was very important to us. There are three pools, with the heated pool being right on our doorstep. We used it daily. Sea Woods is a wonderful community with groups organizing pickle ball, tennis, socials and karaoke. We had a wonderful three months here.
