Cottage by the Sea es un maravilloso condominio frente al mar recientemente renovado y decorado profesionalmente de 1,433 pies cuadrados que cuenta con tres habitaciones y dos baños completos. Está ubicado en el último piso de un complejo de condominios de cinco pisos y 50 unidades con ascensores y cuarto de lavado en cada nivel. Bienvenido a nuestra cabaña junto al mar!

~ Cocina totalmente equipada y actualizada con estantes abiertos y estantería abierta con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable, microondas, triturador, cafetera, licuadora, batidora y utensilios de cocina. Una despensa para el almacenamiento y amplios platos para las comidas. Grandes vistas del océano!

This conda was so beautifully decorated with comfy furniture and everything we needed. A big plus was all the labeling in the kitchen so we knew where everything belonged! Hope to come back next year!

This was our second time at this beautiful ocean front property. It is beautifully decorated, but also has such a comfortable feel. The view of the beach and water from the balcony is perfect, you can watch the sun rise every morning. The condo location is great. We will definitely be returning.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The condominium was clean and has updated kitchen and bathrooms. This is a corner unit on the top floor so had lots of windows and natural light. The view from the balcony was perfect beach front! Beach access was easy and condo is situated on no drive beach. The host Kay was very responsive and flexible.

Excellent Condo on the beach!

This condo checked all the boxes - nice, clean, updated, all the amenities, fantastic view, heated pool! We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in quite a few different condos in NSB and this is one of the best.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of dishes and cooking supplies as well as an assortment of seasonings. The beds were comfortable and the spa shower was a really nice bonus! The view from the balcony is beautiful. I appreciated that there are some beach supplies like chairs, a cooler and umbrella. We had an excellent stay. Just a word of warning, when the tide is in, there is no beach to walk on.

Relaxing Beachside

We enjoyed a relaxing week at the beach. Areas weren't crowded and the property was fairly quiet. The location is perfect for going to attractions in nearby cities. Walking the beach was one of our favorite things.

The Cottage By The Sea was perfect for our pre-cruise get together with friends from Ireland. It was immaculate and modern with everything we needed. We loved the location and the views from the balcony were superb. I would definitely go back there again!

Perfect Spring Break

We just got back from a fabulous vacation! The condo was spacious and clean. We loved being so close to the beach and the pool was perfect for the kids. I would highly recommend!!

Great property!

We enjoyed our time at New Smyrna Beach. Supplies were plentiful- lots of bath towels, kitchen supplies, and beach chairs to use during our stay. The on-site property manager wasn't there when we checked in so we had to ask for the code for pool/beach access later.

Beautiful view and unit!

We enjoyed our stay at the Cottage by the Sea! The condo is decorated beautifully, furnished well and has great views! The access to the beach is simple and our family is already planning to return next year!

Absolutely stunning view of the ocean plenty of room for my family to hang out in well furnished relaxing environment. My Mom and Wife loved the kitchen and just the overall condo environment. Cant say enough nice things about this property. We will be back again !!!!!!

Perfect winter getaway

This condo offered a great location and views of the ocean. The condo was well equipped / maintained and nicely decorated with easy access to the beach. Nice pool and convenient local shopping was a plus. Looking forward to visiting area next area.

We are so excited to have bought the beach condo of our dreams! I have always dreamt of owning a beach property since I was a little girl when my parents would rent us a condo in Myrtle Beach, SC every summer. I thought, one day when I grow up I'm going to do what ever it takes to have my own!! Then, In 2017 we purchased this property and COTTAGE BY YHE SEA was created. We owned a furniture, design and decor business at the time called Cottage on Main in Richmond, KY and my business partner and best friend Christy and I designed this property together. SO. MUCH. FUN! We have had lots of changes and upgrades since 2017 but we absolutely love this property and enjoy sharing it with families across America. Our girls have grown up in this beach house and the memories shared with them are absolutely priceless. My dream came true! Welcome to Cottage by the Sea.

Divine intervention! We were staying in a friends condo in Port Orange and our girls quickly wanted to be closer to the ocean. We scrambled and found an available oceanfront and adorable condo in Hacienda Del Sol 1 and upon arrival FELL IN LOVE! We had the most relaxing vacation ever. The views are truly amazing. We loved the fact that we were steps from the sand and when we got hungry or tired, we would walk two minutes back into our condo to recharge. This small condominium complex is family friendly and the beach was never over crowded. We also appreciated that there were no cars on the beach and there was a lifeguard station right in front of our complex during peak season. Next thing you know we had called a realtor and were beginning the journey of owning our own slice of heaven.

Our condo is such a sweet retreat for our family and we really hope it is for your family as well. For us, this space allows us to disconnect with the hustle and bustle of daily life and focus on the simplicity of nature and quality time with each other. There is nothing better than the peacefulness of sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. It's truly tailored for families, good times, and lasting memories.
