La Poza is a boutique condo facility located in the heart of downtown Isla Mujeres. La Poza is a six-story building with an elevator and a shared rooftop with a spectacular infinity pool with 360-degree views. This design positions you in the convenient heart of downtown while keeping the bustle at bay while you sunbathe from our rooftop pool. If you are interested in renting more than one condo, please let us know. We have multiple one and two-bedroom condos located in La Poza.

This modernly designed, fourth-floor, two-bedroom condo is the perfect choice for your vacation to Isla Mujeres. With La Poza's ideal and peaceful location, in the heart of downtown, convenience is on your doorstep!

Enjoy your airy and modern air-conditioned, spacious living area with a comfortable sofa. Indulge in this tranquil and quiet escape in the center of all the action on Isla Mujeres. Open your large, glass patio doors from your living area, and start your day in paradise with breakfast and a coffee from your balcony or from our ocean view rooftop pool.

At La Poza, you are located just steps away from the main pedestrian street, Avenida Hidalgo, lined with vibrant bars, delicious restaurants, street cafes, and shops. This awesome location also places you only a block and a half from the soft white sand and turquoise blue waters of Playa Norte, one of the top ten beaches in the world.

From here you can spend your days exploring paradise, relaxing with a cocktail and your toes in the sand on the beach, or wandering around the shops looking for the perfect souvenirs to take back with you.

When you have finished exploring and soaking up the glorious Mexican sun, you can cool down in your spacious, modernly designed living area. Read a book from your spacious balcony or from your ocean view rooftop, or watch a movie from one of the three Smart TVs.

The entertainment system in your living area also has speakers for you to listen to music from whilst you are preparing something delicious in the large, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen comes complete with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes and utensils, and a large breakfast bar that can seat 4 people.

Or if you are in need of a siesta, choose from one of the two delightfully comfortable beds available. The master bedroom comes with a king bed, closet space, and a small street view patio. You can also relax here and watch Netflix on your Smart TV. Wash the salt from your hair and the sand from your feet in your large walk-in shower in the ensuite bathroom.

The pleasant second bedroom has two twin beds that can be turned into a king bed upon request. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and come complete with linens and towels. The guest bathroom also comes with a large walk-in shower.

My family loved being in the mix of the town. It was fun to walk out the front of the building and be in the middle of everything. The condo was very clean and we would stay there again.

Condo was in a prime location on the north part of the island. Easy access to bars, restaurants and shopping. Very clean and well maintained. Limited amount of kitchen utensils, pots and cutlery. Would stay again.

The accommodations were great, the location was great for access to almostmost things within walking distance, however it is a bit noisy at night. I wish there would have been some kind of warning about the noisy, party atmosphere downtown, especially when it continued into the early am hours (3-4am)

We absolutely loved La Poza. Would 100% stay here again. All of our needs were met by owner and Esteban at the property. Esteban was one of our favorite parts of the week. Super friendly and helpful. Great food in the area. Walking distance to a gorgeous beach. Golf cart rentals directly across the street for our adventure to Punta Sur. It rained every day, but we still had the best time. Already looking at booking again for 2025.

Girls trip

Location is perfect to restaurants/shopping/beach. The roof top pool is a nice addition to the property. Golf cart rental is across the street and a bakery is next door with really good coffee/lattes. The only draw back is the dogs barking all night across the street and the club at end of corner playing really loud music til 2am. That is no fault of the property and I know that is out of their control. Other than that the place is great

Excellent location with everything you need

This property was clean, well located, secure, and comfortable. The pool was large and refreshing, it was not heated so some may find it a little cold. The property is located in centro and has three bars on the same street. Music can be heard in the unit until about 11 pm. There are dogs that bark across the street. Neither of these things impacted our enjoyment of our stay. The unit did not have a safe so be aware of that if travelling with valuables. Thanks la poza for a great vacation.

Excellent location and AC!

Overall we had a really great stay, check in was easy and the apartment was incredibly clean. It is in a really great location within walking distance of the restaurants and beach, but away from the huge hotels. AC in every room is a must when you come back sweaty from a day exploring. The onsite manager was great with directions, recommendations, and quick to fix a running toilet. Unfortunately the second running toilet was his day off so it wasn’t fixed before we left, hopefully they can be resolved for future stays. As others mentioned there was some street noise but it didn’t bother us. I do wish the decor was a little more tropical feeling but that didn’t impact the quality of the stay. Would stay again!

Perfecto!

The condo was great. Ideal for two couples, especially with having two separate full bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you would need, though it we didn’t really use it other than for leftovers. The rooftop pool is amazing, the view is so cool! Playa Norte beach is a 5 minute walk, and we were only a block away from Hildago Avenue (which most restaurants/bars/shops were). Only downfall is the live music at the bar across the street. Our condo was directly across the street so it was probably the loudest . On the weekends they didn’t stop playing music until 2am. I would highly suggest bringing headphones or earplugs if you aren’t joining the party! Other than that we enjoyed our time at LaPoza and would definitely stay again.

Great stay overall with a few comfort trade-offs.The good: The location is outstanding—walkable to tons of restaurants, the beach, and even a golf cart rental right across the street, which made getting around super easy. The condo itself is modern with a smart layout, and the pool area is a big plus. The doorman was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.The not-so-good: The listing did warn about noise, but it’s worth emphasizing—it gets very loud at night due to multiple nearby bars. Not the condo’s fault, but definitely something to be prepared for if you’re a light sleeper. The master bed was extremely firm, and the pillows were also quite hard, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The second bathroom toilet would occasionally run, and there were some tile issues in the master bathroom. Also, there were no blankets provided, which made it tough to get comfortable even on the couch.Overall: This is a great condo in an unbeatable location, especially if you want to be in the heart of everything. Just know that sleep comfort (both noise and bedding) may be a challenge.
