People sometimes think that they will be renting a "unit" or "suite" at this luxury home because the price is so reasonable. On the contrary, you will be renting the ENTIRE HOME - complete with a gourmet kitchen and your own waterfront, private, solar heated, salt water, very private infinity swimming pool with six Jacuzzi jets.

Guests LOVE the 360 degree view of the island from the finished entertainment area on the roof (complete with bar) - enjoying unobstructed views of the magnificent sunsets and sunrises with the sounds of the crashing waves below.

To help ensure that the home will always have internet service, we have contracted with two internet providers. If one service is not working, you have a back-up plan. When living on a tropical island, you plan for the unexpected.

Casa Música del Caribe is a luxurious 2 master bedroom (with the poolside room doubling as a 3rd sleeping space), 2.5 bathroom home located in a very desirable area on the island of Isla Mujeres Mexico. There is also an outside shower for those who prefer the true "au naturale" outside experience.

Isla Mujeres (Island of Women) is a quick ferry ride 8 miles across the bay from Cancun. This beautiful island, 5 miles long and half a mile wide is like taking a step back in time. Pristine beaches, snorkeling, diving, deep-sea fishing, a turtle farm, in season whale shark tours and dolphin swim are but of a few of the things to see and do here.

NOTE: The pin point location given by VRBO is incorrect as they used incorrect coordinates. We are on the Caribbean Sea. This is not the same street as the ferry. We are located on Avenue Juarez. This is one street away from the ferry. The house faces the Caribbean - not the Bay of Cancun.

Our home is located on a cliff, just 50 feet from the water, with an unobstructed view like no other. This private home comes complete with a very private, heated (via solar power AND heat pump), custom designed salt water infinity edge pool (complete with a music note design in the bottom of the pool) with six powerful whirlpool jets, outdoor shower, complete with stone sink, gas grill and unobstructed sunset/sunrise views, and HUGE gourmet kitchen.

We provide Satellite TV, WiFi and Apple TV, with a TV in each master bedroom and a large 60" flat screen TV in the living room. Luxury linens and resort style beach towels are provided. Hair dryers are provided in each master bathroom. We provide Paul Mitchell Teatree hair products, as well as Bath and Body shower gel and soap. Custom made Turkish bathrobes, complete with the Casa Música del Caribe logo, are provided for adult use while you are a guest as well.

This gorgeous home is located close to Centro (downtown) BUT it is unique in that it is located on a large private property that feels like your very own piece of paradise. If you want a change of pace from the Caribbean view in your private pool, you can walk to Playa Norte, the primary beach, in 5-7 minutes AND is now #7 of the top ten beaches in the WORLD!

You don't feel like cooking? Feel free to give your gourmet kitchen the night off and walk downtown in 5 minutes where you will have your choice from an astounding eclectic selection of restaurants. Alternatively, there are several private chefs available for hire to come to your home and cook for you. We can provide those names to you if you are interested.

If you are tired from relaxing in the sun or the shade all day, diving, or touring the island at your own leisure and you don't feel like cooking or walking to town for nourishment, there is also a local delivery service which delivers delicacies from many local restaurants for a nominal fee.

Take a trip to the fully finished roof and enjoy sunset at the built-in seating and bar. Under the custom designed roof top pergola, you can watch dolphins jump in the Caribbean sea, catch a sunrise, and enjoy the refreshing breeze. Enjoy the 360 degree view of the entire island and take in the scenery.

Our reliable, bi-lingual, property management team is available to answer your questions, address any concern that may arise, and provide assistance as needed. If you would like cold beverages or minimal groceries available upon your arrival, for a service charge (plus the cost of items) this can be arranged. This is arranged solely through the property management team. A member of the property management team, who is very well acquainted with this property, will meet you at the home when you arrive to walk you through the property and give you the keys to your temporary paradise!

NOTE: Because this is a 2 master bedroom home, there is a $15 per person per night extra charge for over four people to a maximum of 7 people. We have a queen size and a twin size high quality air bed available that fit nicely in the pool side room( which doubles as a 3rd bedroom - guests LOVE IT being so close to the pool for those midnight swims.) or as a second bed in one of the masters. They are very comfortable, high end mattresses and are standard "bed height". These are NOT your typical camping air mattresses. Guests love sleeping in the pool side room as they are right next to the pool and the sound of the waves is a relaxing way to go to sleep at night. There is an outside shower just steps from the pool side room.

All water goes through the soft water system before entering the house - something that most homes and hotels on Isla do not have.

All toilets are comfort height - not your typical Kindergarten height like the majority of hotels and homes have.
