There is a dining table set in the lovely patio, surrounded by greenery, to bring you the best stay ever. This home truly has everything for the vacation of your dreams!
- The pool cleaner comes on Thursday every week in the summer and every two weeks in the winter.

Our heater uses natural gas, so it can reach 100 degrees or more for the spa/hot tub.
If you want to opt in for the heating service, please let us know at least 2 days before the check-in date, and we will send the payment request after you book.

- $125/night for the pool and spa/and hot tub.

PLEASE NOTE: Pool and spa heating are weather-dependent and not guaranteed. If outdoor temperatures fall to 40°F or below, the system may activate protective safeguards, and heating may be unavailable or limited. If, before check-in, we determine that weather conditions will prevent normal operation, the heating fee will be fully refunded.



*** The 4 bedrooms with TWO king-size beds***

Easier to coordinate your group with four bedrooms and 6 beds. Central air conditioning. Blind and ceiling fans throughout the house, except in the bunk bedroom, have a portable fan. Black-out curtains for a good night’s sleep, smart TV in every bedroom, except one of the guest rooms with a king-size bed.

Along the hallway is a guest room with a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, and a space to read your favorite book when you have downtime. There is a full guest bathroom with a bathtub next to it.

Next is the bunkbed room with a twin bed on the top and a full bed on the bottom, both of which have memory foam mattresses.

There is a high-ceiling, spacious master bedroom that has one king bed with a memory foam mattress, a crib for your child, an ensuite master bathroom with a double-sink vanity, a standing shower with a rain-frosted hinged glass door, and a walk-in closet. The sliding door leads to the deck with comfortable outdoor furniture, and the back yard, pool, and high jet spa with lounge chairs, such a great relaxing time by the pool.

The last guest room has a queen-size bed, a deck, and a chair for your remote work is situated on the other side of the house, and across it is the half-bathroom.

- 1.6 miles to 75 Stemmons Freeway, 2.2 miles to 190 George Bush Turnpike

*** Things to know ***
- An air mattress is available for more than 8 guests, upon request, when booking.
- The guests can access the whole house except the garage and some closets for inventory.
- Even though we don't check our cameras often, for your safety and our peace of mind, we have 6 camera surveillance systems around the house, and each Ring doorbell camera in the front and back entry, which are always on and have audio. (NO camera inside).
