This luxurious -Newly Remodeled- European-style home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac and has a backyard retreat featuring a pool w/waterfall and grotto, outdoor fireplace, pizza oven, basketball sport court, hot tub, koi pond, and more! This incredible home features a main level master with a private deck, immense living area with fireplace and deck, full walk-out basement boasts a fireplace, living area, kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, wine cellar, pool table guitars and a drum set. There is also a full-size commercial ice machine with sonic style ice.
Office turned bedroom displays built-ins, double doors, along with formal grand piano music room, 2 additional upstairs bedrooms, and so much more. The traditional design features detailed woodwork and custom archways along with thoughtful, colorful touches, formal music room including string instruments making it a welcoming, cozy space to entertain. This home is a must-stay! Our home comfortably sleeps 12 people. There is additional charges for up to 14 max

Host was very welcoming. But amenities were lacking. Ants in kitchen and several bathroom areas, leaking faucets, broken doorknob, refrigerator door didn’t seal well, ice maker broken, tub didn’t hold water well,

We had a great stay at this property — it was exceptionally clean, spacious, and overall very comfortable. I’m giving it 4 stars (closer to 4.5) mainly because, at this price point, a few of the accommodations felt a bit worn or weren’t fully functional. That said, none of these issues were deal-breakers, and we’d absolutely consider staying here again. Supplies were adequate and matched the listing, though a bit more generosity there would have been appreciated. Communication with the owners was prompt and helpful throughout.

It is difficult to overstate how well appointed this house is to for larger families. The layout and number of rooms lends for comfort and privacy yet at the same time has lovely gathering areas for all. The incredible pool, with its slide, grotto, height and depth for jumping, alongside the hot tub were a hit with the whole family. Unfortunately, the projector TV was not working due to hardware issues... we tried, and Brandon even stopped by to attempt to fix, but it was unable to be used. The house was very clean and for a large group, you would be hard pressed to find a better or more luxurious accommodation for all.

Good for large group

We enjoyed the close proximity to trails for biking and hiking. One could bike to trails from the house, but given the ages of some of our crew and the big long hill that enters the neighborhood, we always transported them on our bike racks. The beds are comfortable and the number of bathrooms and plethora of towels was appreciated! We enjoyed sing alongs around the piano, a couple of movies in the media room, hanging together in the living area and a few games of pool. We mostly found what we needed in the kitchen. We did a lot of cooking! Enough seating to sit together to eat is a challenge. With the puzzle table and chairs we brought along, we made it work! Our one big disappointment was the hot tub that was not working. We reached out to Brandon immediately. He quickly responded but was unable to have it looked into. The host has graciously given us a partial refund. We also participated in the Bentonville Gobbler 5K! Our family all agreed that the proximity to the trails and the large living space for community made this a win for us!

Family Fun

We came for a family reunion and had multiple families stay here together. It was a perfect place for us! Pool was so much fun and the house had room to spread out! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Bentonville home

This is an amazing home with lots of character, inside and out! We were in town for a family wedding. Our group ranged in age from 20 to 90 years. There is truly something for everyone at this property. The pool is beautiful! My husband thought it was slightly murky after raining the first day, so we contacted the house manager. He responded immediately and had the pool company come right out. By the time we returned from the Crystal Bridges Museum (a must see and minutes away) the pool was clear and perfect for the rest of our stay! The layout of the home accommodated our large group and provided much privacy to those who wanted to go to bed early, while allowing others plenty of room to play euchre late into the night. The house is minutes from downtown Bentonville, close to all kinds of shopping, and in a beautiful and safe neighborhood!

BEST HOT TUB!

Extremely clean, fully equipped spacious kitchen with nice coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster oven, two refrigerators and a "sonic" ice machine that we loved. The kids had so much fun in the pool and there was so much space-chairs for adults to lounge. The grill and bar worked well for our dinner buffets and the hot tub is amazing! It is deep and was nice and hot which we love! The bathrooms were clean and fully stocked and there were plenty of linens. Every chair in this house is super comfortable and we enjoyed movie night, lounging on the living room sofa. The bedrooms are spaced out so everyone had plenty of privacy. There is a wonderful deck off the living room that we used in the morning to enjoy our coffee and there is a nice deck off the master as well as below it, overlooking the pool. The pool gets morning and afternoon sun but around 4-5 the shade would start creeping across the pool which was more inviting to the older folks who don't like sun. Just a short ride through the neighborhood and you can hop on the bike trails. They also have a long bike rack in the garage which was so helpful. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely return. It is a beautiful house!

Good choice

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. If we needed something the property manager was prompt in helping. The house is clean and well maintained. Great location and close to downtown! We would stay here again.

Bentonville Road Trip

Great location. The house had plenty of space for our group of 7. The only reason we didn’t give it a 5 star was in the back the pool was dirty and not usable along with the grill being dirty. We also had instructions to take the trash out Friday when we checked in and the garbage on Saturday never got picked up. I would still recommend this listing and Bentonville is an awesome place to visit.
