Lake front 3000 sq ft. 4 bedrooms with 4 1/2 baths. Open living room and large kitchen that walks out to the 1200 sq ft of upper patio. 2 master suites with attached bathrooms upstairs. One master suite has french doors that open to the large upper deck. There is a family room down stairs with a TV area and a double set bunk beds that opens to the lower deck, a large master suite that opens to the lower patio with an attached bathroom, another bedroom with 2 queen beds that opens to lower patio and a hall way bathroom. All master suites have king beds. The 2 large masters with have additional sleeping to accommodate a family.

This house was amazing!!! By far the best VRBO that I’ve ever rented. The house is even more amazing than the pictures. Cleanliness couldn’t have been better. The views of the lake when you walk in were breathtaking. House is beautifully furnished, kitchen has anything at all you could need. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Laundry room has multiple washers and dryers. Outside seating upstairs and down were very comfortable with plush blankets if it’s chilly outside. Hot tub is huge and water was the perfect temperature. There is also a side yard with a huge fire pit with 10-12 Adirondack chairs around it. Corn hole game set up also. We had 8 adults and had more than enough space. Beautiful sunrises every morning. Can’t think of 1 complaint. Homeowners easy to contact with quick response time. We will be back!

Stay here every summer!

This has to be one of the best lake front properties on Beaver Lake. Stunning views, easy access to the water. House is gorgeous and the owners keep investing in the property.

A fantastic family vacation!

Perfect Location on Beaver Lake

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house. Our family, along with three others booked for 4 nights. The house itself was extremely clean. It was plenty spacious for our 17 guests which included 8 adults and 9 children (all 7 and under). Each family had their own room with queen size bed or larger, plus plenty of other sleeping options for the kids.The amenities for cooking were plentiful as well - you really don't need to bring anything unless there is something extremely specific you are cooking. The outdoor space was exceptional. Our families enjoyed having meals on the large table outside and relaxing on all of the lounge options. There is a large firepit, two grass areas, built-in bags set, and easy steps down to the dock. The kids enjoyed the grassy areas, playing football and whiffleball.The hot tub is extremely large as well. We didn't use it a ton since the kids loved playing on the dock most of all. You will have to bring your own watercrafts as the property only provides a lilypad. Regardless the kids thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the lake.While the house itself is impressive, what really sets the property apart is location. Most of the houses around Beaver Lake are not the closest to the water - this house is. A handful of steps down takes you right to the water. So running back and forth to grab things was not an issue. You are secluded enough to feel like you have your own private area, but close enough to town if you need to make some grocery runs.

Clean, Comfortable and Everything anyone could need

Communication and check in was as easy as can be. Very simple check out instructions. The house is amazing. The view goes on for days. You really can’t find this view anywhere. The house was stocked with all the supplies a family would need; plenty of kitchenware, dishwater and utensils. The bathrooms are stocked with plenty of toilet paper and tons of towels. We never searched for a hand or dish towel which was great. Tons of seating, inside and out. There are also multiple washers and dryers which resulted in very appreciated time savings. The garage is deep enough for an SUV with a loaded bike rack. We expected to have to unload daily to get the car in but the depth of the garage was a huge plus and saved us a lot of time. The owners have really put in the effort to make this house as convenient and comfortable as possible. We would definitely rent this house again next time we visit the area.

Amazing Stay!!!

We had such an amazing time at the lake house! The layout of the house is perfect and you really can’t get a better view! The owners, Teresa and Phil, supply everything you could possibly need for an amazing vacation. The house was spotless and is maintained beautifully. Spring Break

This vacation was just what us and our friends needed! The outdoor area was our favorite morning gathering place with the beautiful sunrise on the lake and the cozy seating plus the blankets!! The house met all of our needs and we had plenty of room to eat and play games together with our group of 12. This was our 2nd time to stay here and we've recommended to others many times and will come back again ourselves.

Labor Day Weekend @ Beaver Lake

AMAZING! We had such a great time for our first trip to Beaver Lake. We could not have asked for a better house, location and host. The view is breathtaking all day long with the wall of windows. The house was stocked so well there was nothing else we could have needed for our stay. Finally the host was perfect, anytime we messaged we received a response right away. Amazing House Right on the Water

We love this house and rent it for a week every summer and fly our adult kids in to this fabulous house. It’s gorgeous with the best views on all of Beaver Lake. Owners are excellent and very responsive to any issues.

So so wonderful!!!

This was my family’s fourth year to stay at this awesome home. Seven adults and 9 kids ranging in age from 9 to 19. We spend most of our time on the lake but the house has everything you could want and the access to the lake is wonderful. Lots of memories have been made at this great spot!

Our favorite lake house!

We’ve stayed here 3 times now and we love it every time! They have made some great updates since the last time we were there. The host is so responsive and helpful! The water heater needed to be reset when we arrived and they showed up immediately to get it reset and back up and running quickly. I have recommended this place to so many friends!

Beautiful home for family vacation!

We had stayed at another home of the owners a few years ago and couldn't wait to stay in this house. It didn't disappoint! There is enough room for everyone, kitchen is well stocked, an extra refrigerator in the garage, and you cannot beat the view! We spent hours on the dock and the covered deck. We will definitely be back and have recommended this house to family and friends.

Because the location is beyond perfect!!! It is right on the water and yet very close to town and many of the things Rogers and Bentonville offer. And the views are incredible!

Right on the water. Any closer and you would be getting wet. The house is beautiful and very inviting! And lots of outside area to enjoy with all balcony space.
