Fantastic condo!

Just returned from staying a week at this condo. It was absolutely perfect! The condo had everything you could possibly need and was very clean! It is located in the perfect spot of Kihei, close to restaurants but not in the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowd. There is a farmers market and convenience store across the street, which made it very easy! I would highly recommend staying in this condo. The grounds were nicely kept and it was quiet and relaxing. I loved every minute of it and would stay there again! Thank you for sharing this beautiful condo!

Perfect place

What a wonderful. wonderful place. The condo is tastefully decorated and the location is hard to beat: right across the street from an organic fruit and vegetable stand, an ABC store with all you need, the Sugar Beach Bakery (love those malasadas!) and a shaved ice stand. Everything is right here, so much so that next time we are thinking we don't even need a rental car. Relaxing on the lanai or the beach is our favorite "activity". We both read four books in 10 days. We highly, highly recommend this place and the people at Ali'i Resorts. They were so easy to deal with and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing view, cozy condo, great location

We had a great time during our stay here. First, the view can not be beat. The pictures shown are accurate - the view is gorgeous! The location is also very convenient. Although it's not walking distance to much beyond a convenience store and small farmers market open M-F, it is very central to get to everyplace on the island and is only about a 5-10 minute drive to the main Kihei area with stores and restaurants. There is a great beach right at the property with lounge chairs provided in a grassy area just above the beach. The condo itself is just as pictured. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and the bed is comfortable. We also appreciated that the DVD player included a Netflix connection (you need your own log-in) for when we wanted a quiet evening at home. We couldn't have been happier with the place.

Amazing views but condo was not as amazing

I just finished a one week stay in this condo and the location and view are absolutely amazing as everyone says. The beach right in front is wonderful, loved the long walks every morning and evening and it is very dog friendly. But here are some details about this condo. First, it is one of the few units that do not have a completely private lanai as one side is open. There are 3 other units that can clearly see your lanai so it definitely wasn't the privacy I prefer. The 05 and 06 units in this building are all like this but some owners put storm shutters on that side which is the perfect solution if someone wants that privacy. This condo only has storm shutters in the front and not on that side. There are also no curtains or shades in the living room so there was no way to make it feel more cozy and private. Although the unit is upgraded, the furniture is actually not that comfortable and there is not a single rug in this condo anywhere. I was craving something soft under my feet the whole week. The bed is really overly soft but then the bed spread is very stiff, it is not the one shone in the picture which actually looks quite cushy. This unit is close to the elevator so early mornings you hear metal donking when it hits the ground floor quite hard. It doesn't ding when opening and closing, but you definitely hear that donking, and make sure you have your sea legs on when landing on the first floor, that elevator shakes hard. The ice maker did not work from the first day so it was great that there is an ABC Store right across the street. Alii Resorts management was very responsive, they offered to fix the ice maker but I just used bagged ice from the store, which was fine. The internet went down after the 2nd day and Alii also offered to fix it, but instead, they gave me the wifi key for a nearby unit which was a nice solution for the rest of my stay. I will definitely rent from Alii at this resort again as they provided great service and this beachfront location is lovely, but I would not rent this particular unit again as I look for something more private and comfy to just endlessly enjoy my Maui vacations.

Amazing Ocean Front Condo

We just finished a 10 day stay at this condo and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting an ocean front condo in Kihei. It was absolutely beautiful and everything was as described. The condo has been recently updated and the grounds were well maintained. The complex was family friendly and we had a fun time at the pool and beach. It was convenient to get to all the restaurants in Kihei and we loved the bakery and shaved ice located across from the complex. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

You will love it.

Very nice place. One bedroom and two bathrooms is a great arrangement for two or three people. It is located at the very north end of Kehei, which is a little more quiet than the south end, which I actually preferred, except that it is a bit farther from the restaurants and more people. The beach is never crowded and the water is noticeably warmer - like a bathtub. There is a small farmer's market and a great shave-ice place directly across the street. The unit is very nicely upgraded.
