Open concept, Family friendly, Across the street from the beach

Location, location, location. This easy to access ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is across the street from one of the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii - Charley Young Beach (Kamaole I). Powdery white sand, available shade, restrooms, showers and lifeguard station make it great for families. Your feet can be in the water in 3 minutes. You are also walking distance to grocery stores, bars, and great restaurants featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.

This 750 square ft condo has an open layout with a full kitchen, two full baths and in-suite laundry. The master bedroom comes with a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds and the living room boasts a comfortable pull out couch. The full bath off the master allow for privacy while traveling with other couples or children. This family friendly condo comes with two flat screen TVs and free wireless internet for time spent inside and a beautiful pool/hot tub and BBQ area for when you are not spending the day exploring Maui's beautiful scenery. The attached lanai (patio) offers a private outdoor space to relax. There are ceiling fans in every room and a/c in the living room.

The host was great and responsive. The apartment was amazing. Very clean and very well stocked! They also had all the supplies needed for a nice day at the beach we could use. Great location. I would highly recommend and would book again!

Perfect location and condo

Very nice property. Exactly as described. The pool was super close to the unit and nice and clean. There’s bathrooms at the pool area as well. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. Would stay here again

This property is central to stores and beaches in Kihei. Appreciated the towels, beach chairs, and other amenities provided for guests. Very positive experience and good communication with the owner and manager.

Great Location

Overall the location was great. Walking distance to beach and stores ideal. Condo was very well equipped and clean. Our only suggestion is that the bathrooms could use an upgrade.

Comfortable condo

Enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was nice to have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two TVs, and two parking spots. it was very clean in the bed was comfortable. you’re really really appreciated how well everything was stocked, including toiletries, chairs, the beach, etc. Would stay here again.

Awesome Kihei Condo, close to beach, family friendly

This property was everything we could have hoped for. Located close to popular beaches, restraints and ameneties. The condo was very well stocked with everything your family will need for the perfect beach vacation. Host was quick to respond and accommodating. Check in and check out process was easy and streamlined. Would definitely stay here again!

Super clean, great location and well stocked.

We had a great 1 week stay in this unit. Close to the beach, shops and everything you need. Condo was fully stocked with lots of extras and super clean. Owner was quick to respond and provided helpful information. Definitely recommend.

Loved Our Stay

My friends and I loved our stay at this property! Everything you need for fun beach days are in the closet. We used the igloo cooler daily and it also made our drives upcountry so much easier. The property is located close to all the delicious food in Kihei. Easy check-in and check-out and great communication with the property manager. Hope to stay here again in the future!

Clean, beautiful, and best location ever!

The location of the apartment was perfect! And being on the ground floor was a huge plus! The apartment had everything we needed and more! You could walk to the beach, bars, shopping and restaurants in minutes! I highly recommend this place! Kihei is our favorite place and this apartment made it prefect for us! Thank you so much!

Convenient location for Maui, near restaurants, beaches, food trucks, and shopping. Lower floor is convenient...near pool. well stocked kitchen with plenty of towels, beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, ice chest, snorkeling equipment, boards). Kihei paradise

This condo was stocked with all the gear you need to vacation in peace, from all the beach gear you need, to laundry detergent. The beach across the street (Kam 1) was a gem that we didn’t fall in love with until almost our last day. And the best bonus was roaches!! Clean and comfy. Hope to be back.

Nice and cozy!

I stayed at this place for a week with 3 of my friends. It was a nice place that was pretty quiet and in a good location to a number of great food options. The A/C is located in the living room where the sofa bed is, so it did get a bit hot in the bedrooms, but there are ceiling fans and portable fans that can help with that. Overall it was a great place to stay and Justin, the property manager, was very pleasant!

Convenient location and comfortable stay for families

We stayed here for about a week with kids and enjoyed our stay here. Convenient location to highway, short drive to grocery store, walking distance to the food trucks, restaurants, and of course Charley Young beach. Apt kitchen had all the utensils we need for small meals. Lots of beach toys and equipment like umbrella, chairs, which came in handy. Convenient access on first floor from nearby parking spot. Darrell was also very responsive to our questions. Definitely would stay here again.

Major problem was the pool/BBQ area were under construction. We were advised about it 2 days before arrival. It remained under construction during our 11 day stay.
