Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, enjoy the beautiful big backyard with Luxury Gazebo, quiet and safe neighborhood. Welcome to this newly remodeled, spacious 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house in the Tri-Valley, Dublin Downtown. It is close to the freeway 580, and 680. Ideal for families and business travelers, up to 10 people.
Smart 4k TV with Roku/Youtube
Touch less Check-in.
No party or event is allowed in the house.
Furnitures change often based on conditions
The space
The home is new remodeled in 2022, 1760 sq ft, and large lot 9000 sqft with patio furniture, smart home features and modern design. A master bedroom with full bath on the first floor and three bedrooms with full bath on the second floor. Full functional Kitchen, Living room, a large dining table to seat everyone and a 65” TV for you to enjoy with Roku, YouTube. Washer and Dryer are available in the garage. High-speed wifi (300MB service with Comcast).

Other things to note
We have three parking spots, 2 on driveway, 1 on street. Any additional car, please park on the Amarillo Rd, which is across street, no parking in the court.

Perfect place for us!

The house was immaculate, spacious, had all the amenities that we needed, and the backyard was fabulous. My husband and I were there with our four adult kids and it was perfect for us. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

A home away from home for sure.

Located in a very nice neighborhood. A plethora of dining and entertainment options nearby. House itself was very spacious, gorgeous backyard, and plenty of bedding. Thank you for the quick communication and hospitality.

Good location

Great neighborhood. Really clean. However you have a couch that turns into a sleeper, but no sheets, blankets, or pillows to use. Could use more towels. Could use a mirror in each bedroom.

Family funeral

We had a beautiful ‘Celebration of Life’ for our Uncle in Pleasanton, CA. The home was close and clean fitting our needs well. We got in late, 11:30pm and got the entry code within minutes of getting to the property. It was nice having a gathering place after the funeral to reminisce.

Great property

We had a family reunion for a wedding. The property was perfect for us (3 couples) and Rex was very kind to let us accommodate friends for lunch on Sunday. The kitchen is well equipped and provides a lot of room for having meals. The place is sunny and very clean and there is a nice little garden in the back. Overall a great experience.

Long weekend in Dublin area

Overall good stay in this house for 3 nights on long weekend to attend a wedding nearby.10 adults total, some stayed 2 nights, some 3 nights. Positives: location, quiet neighborhood, clean home, spacious backyard (though was too chilly to use), close to shopping & restaurants Opportunities: lack of communication to checkin on time (had to call Vrbo to contact owner), only 10 bath towels provided so went to Target to buy additional towels, problems with wifi on day 1 till corrected & a bit of temperature difference between upstairs & downstairs bedrooms with Nest thermostat But overall a good place to stay, probably better if less than 10 adults though.Positives

Clean updated home, quiet neighborhood, great amenities

We rented this house for a family wedding occasion. The house is nicely updated and spacious. Everything was clean upon arrival. The kitchen was perfect with all the cooking needs and plates, glasses etc. The bed mattresses were a bit too firm for everyone. Loved the bright make up lights on the bathroom mirrors. Thank you for the soaps and shampoos and laundry detergent available! We could not find the hairdryer that was listed on the website amenities. Overall good place to stay.

Decent home in a safe area

I rented the home for my family and was the first to arrive. I was supposed to have received an email with the entry code 24 hours prior, but never received it. However, the host was very responsive and sent the email after I messaged him. The A/C was off and the house was VERY warm. I wasn't able to figure out the NEST thermostat, but after contacting the Host, he turned it on remotely. The garbage cans were left on the street taking up one of our parking spots, but I moved them into the garage. The house is spacious with the large room with 2 Queens on the ground floor and the other bedrooms upstairs. The backyard was large and a couple of small tricycles were laying on their side as if they had just been used. There is a nice sitting area under the gazebo, but when I sat on the outdoor couch, I immediately began coughing. I discovered that the back pillows had large holes and I suspect mold may have been growing in them. The kitchen and living room were very nice and comfortable.
