Boone Folly is a charming escape for your next High Country getaway! Originally built in the 1960s, this single-level classic mountain cottage has been lovingly updated with today's modern conveniences!

The living room offers a sectional sofa facing a woodburning stove and a wall-mounted SmartTV with streaming apps. The kitchen has been updated with quartz counters and stainless steel appliances including a gas range. There's an eat-in bar under the window beside the kitchen with 3 stools where you can enjoy your meals and snacks. Down the hall you'll find two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and a SmartTV, and a full bathroom with a shower and stacked washer/dryer.

Outside enjoy the cool mountain air! Grill out on the charcoal grill and enjoy your feast on the patio table.

Situated just 5 minutes to Boone shopping and dining and less than 10 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Blowing Rock, Boone Folly is a wonderful location for those needing a quiet mountain getaway while still staying close to the action.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- This home is pet friendly for up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs. Pet fee is $25/nt per pet.
- The roads leading to this home are mostly paved, with single-lane gravel roads for the last 0.2 mile. 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended November-April.
- There is ONE parking space. Do not bring more than one vehicle as additional vehicles cannot be parked on the road at this home. Additional vehicles may be parked at our office, located less than 10 minutes away. There are about 8 steps down from the parking area to enter the house.
- Please observe quiet time of 10pm as there are fulltime residents neighboring this home.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax per night.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
