Beautiful Lake House

We had a wonderful time staying in this amazing lake house. Very clean, comfy beds and the lake view is incredible. We had a senior graduating from Chico State. The drive was one hour, super easy. The rentals in Chico were outrageous, so if you don't mind a little drive, I highly recommend staying here.

Daughters 16th Birthday

We did a small family getaway with grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins for our daughters 16th. A few of us stayed at the house while others stayed at some campsites nearby. We were all in awe with the property. The house was perfect, the view was breathe taking, and the house was fully stocked. Definitely would love to plan another visit back to this beautiful home. Nothing but good things from everyone with our stay here.

Amazing Home!

We booked this home for my husband’s birthday in June and had an amazing time! This house is even more beautiful in real life. The house was also very well stocked with condiments, blankets, pillows and towels. To top it off, Karen is an amazing host. Very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. She even went out of her way to make sure we were able to retrieve some left behind items after our stay. We will definitely be returning!

Joyous Family Celebration

We had an amazing time. The view is breathtaking!!! Wanted to bring it home with me. Karen allowed a handful of extra people to visit us one night for a few hours as my daughter’s rehearsal venue canceled very last minute! We had a marvelous family dinner! Was fantastic. Wedding was amazing. Thank you!

Beautiful home with amazing views!!

We have rented homes many times through Vrbo and this one was the best! The views of Collins Lake were amazing and we even spotted deer and a bald eagle!! The home had a great floor plan, was very clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. And, we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Karen, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Charming and elegant

We came in from Washington. My kid was getting married around the corner but we are from the area originally so I knew where we were going. We used to camp at the lake. The instructions they sent was great. The view was awesome. The bed was comfortable and I loved the Jacuzzi tub. The communication with the host was spot on.

Best Stay!

What an amazing place to stay! This home has been built with comfort & quality in mind. Three rooms have an adjoining bathroom making it perfect for a stay. The beds and sheets were the best, all of them. The towels fresh and the house was super clean. The master bath shower, amazing! We enjoyed the fire pit both nights and the view was unbeatable. We walked to get ice cream at night. Karen is a thoughtful & relaxed host. She communicates to make your stay a breeze. I am so very happy that she shares her house. I can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful at Collins Lake

We rented this home in Collins Lake for a 3 night stay over Labor Day 2023. I have rented numerous VRBO and this one by far was the best stocked I have ever stayed in. Everything was clean, well stocked and it was extremely comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 4 children. Beautiful view of the lake from numerous rooms and the back patio, fire pit. The owner was very attentive to our concern about wifi, but we figured it out. This house would be fabulous for anyone to rent, and we hope to be back another time.

Views, Views, Views!

We just got back from this lovely home at Collins Lake. The floorpan was fantastic -- all one level, open floorpan, large kitchen, great bedrooms, plenty of baths! We loved being close to the lake, but not too close. The home was very private. We cooked, we played games, we sat outside and enjoyed the views. The communication with Karen prior to our arrival was nothing short of stellar. She answered every question in record time. Thanks, Karen, for a great stay.

Beautiful view

Very spacious house. Plenty of room to hang out inside or out. Beautiful view of the lake while you BBQ and sit at the firepit. Definitely will be back!

Amazing Home!

We stayed at the house and it was amazing. Over looks the lake. The house is very comfortable, modern and clean! The owner was a pleasure to work with. She checked on us multiple times during our stay making sure we were enjoying the property. It was a great experience and will definitely stay there again.
