Here, you can enjoy the ideal blend of serene country living, just 10 minutes from Downtown Columbus and 14 miles from Fort Benning. Our tidy, clutter-free 549 sq ft tiny home is thoughtfully designed for your comfort and relaxation.

Living Space - Bright and Inviting
Our charming home is filled with natural light, thanks to high ceilings that create a cozy and inviting atmosphere for your visit. Relax in the living area on the comfortable couch and catch a movie on the large TV.

Modern Kitchen Amenities
The U-shaped kitchen, featuring elegant marble-patterned countertops and a breakfast bar, comes fully equipped for all your culinary needs:
*Cookware, bakeware, glassware, and silverware
*Dishwasher for effortless cleanup
*Drip and Keurig coffee makers (coffee grounds provided)
*Pantry staples like salt, pepper, cooking spray, foil, and Ziploc bags

Bedroom and Sleeping Arrangements
Enjoy a peaceful night in the master bedroom, which boasts a queen-sized Zinus Pressure Relieving mattress, always dressed with fresh linens and a mattress protector. Room-darkening curtains ensure an undisturbed slumber. If you need to stay connected, a desk and chair can be provided upon request. The living room sofa pulls out into a queen bed.

Refreshing Bathroom
Refresh yourself in the bright and clean bathroom, which boasts:
*Spacious 4x6 custom tiled walk-in shower with adjustable showerhead & grab bar
*Well-lit vanity with ample counter space
We provide essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels, a hair dryer, and other toiletries for your convenience.

Laundry
*A washer and dryer is located in the bedroom, complete with detergent.
*Iron and ironing board

Outdoor Relaxation
Unwind on the wooden deck in one of the two rocking chairs—the perfect spot to start your day or relax at sunset. For your peace of mind, the property is well-lit with a security light and a dusk-to-dawn porch light.

A charcoal grill and utensils are available for your use. Please note that we do not provide charcoal, as many guests prefer to bring their own preferred brand.

Electric Vehicle Charging
For guests with electric vehicles, a Level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Should you need faster charging, stations are located at Burger King on Hwy 280 in Phenix City, AL, and at Target in Columbus, GA.

Getting Around & Trailer Parking
Ample parking is available for two or more vehicles, with plenty of space in the driveway and grass for additional vehicles or a trailer.

Your safety is our priority. The home is equipped with:
*A fire extinguisher on the kitchen counter
*A smoke and carbon monoxide detector in the hallway
*Exterior security light, walkway lights, and a rear flood light

Our home is nestled in a tranquil, rural setting, perfect for those looking to relax and enjoy the peaceful countryside. Experience the serenity of rural living, just a short 10-minute drive from Columbus and 14 miles from Ft. Benning. Please be mindful that there are children and pets in the area, so we kindly ask you to drive with care.

A Warm Welcome
As your hosts, we live next door and take pride in maintaining our properties. This means you may occasionally see us performing tasks like mowing the lawn or pressure washing. We do our best to schedule these activities around guest visits, but if you have irregular shifts, please let us know so we can be mindful of your need for peace and quiet.
