3 Buoys and A Gull is a luxurious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo located overlooking the bay and the stunning Dog Island. The condo offers two balconies, one on the first floor and another on the second floor, both equipped with seating. These balconies provide the perfect vantage point for observing breathtaking sunsets and the abundant wildlife that inhabits the area. You may have the opportunity to see dolphins, various bird species, fish, manatees, and even the occasional Florida black bear.

While the sandy waterline is off-limits due to its designation as a protected bird nesting habitat, you are welcome to fish off the pier. Swimming, sunbathing, and walking along the waterline are not allowed in order to preserve the nesting area.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and also includes a crib for infants. Please note that you will need to bring your own crib sheets and bedding for the infant. The second and third bedrooms both offer queen-size beds, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for guests. Additionally, the living room has a full-size pull-out sofa, allowing for a maximum occupancy of 8 guests, plus an infant. Each of the three bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom, and there is an additional half bath on the first floor for added convenience.

The fully stocked kitchen provides a delightful cooking experience with its beautiful view. It comes equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and plenty of cookware. However, if you prefer dining out, you'll find several excellent local seafood restaurants in nearby Carrabelle.

For those interested in boating, there is a public boat ramp less than 4 miles away. However, it's important to note that you cannot leave your boat tied up to the pier, as it is shared by other guests staying at the condos.
