We loved our stay in this property - it’s a nice place, very clean and comfortable, room to spread out - and the location can’t be beat, super close to local coffee shops and restaurants - would definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.

Buffalo weekend

Stay was great! Flat was just as listed and had everything we needed to make it comfortable and feel like we were home. I highly recommend this location. Plenty of restaurants and other establishments within walking distance.

4 week stay to visit with family. Perfect Location.

Nick was very responsive and accommodating. Helped us learn streaming apps on TV which wasn’t intuitive to “our generation”. This is a great location. We previously lived on this street so we know how great it is to be in the heart of Elmwood Village!

Amazing, beautiful stay!

This is a place we’d definitely stay at again. Nick was wonderful and quick to respond. The location is in a great part of the city…close to restaurants and shops. The apartment was spotless, roomy and cozy. I loved all of the details that were provided: name brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as laundry detergent and dryer sheets. We settled in and were able to just relax. Highly recommend!

Great stay for a reunion weekend

My wife and I stayed at this lovely property for my medical school reunion weekend. We were able to entertain a number of people the evening of the reunion. The place is very spacious, clean and well kept. The neighborhood is very close to Elmwood Ave and lots of good dining and shopping. There's also a farmers market in the parkway in front of the house on Saturday mornings.

Great space throughout and numerous places to eat or shop

We were there for an engagement party. Parking was not a problem. Thank you for having some detergent for the washer and not having to sign into the streaming apps for the 2 little ones to watch tv. Great bathroom!

Great Place- Ideal Location

We enjoyed our 3 night stay - very clean, updated well- appointed and nicely decorated place just steps from everything on Elmwood. Our first night (on a Saturday) was a bit noisy. Master bedroom is located near front of building and heard door opening/closing and people walking the stairs however Second bedroom was very quiet! Rest of weekend was quiet and very comfortable. We also loved sitting on the front patio overlooking the parkway

Buffalo wedding

We came to Buffalo for a wedding and only had the weekend, so we wanted to stay in a location where we could enjoy a quick Buffalo experience. This house did not disappoint. The location is excellent, farmers market on Saturday, coffee shops on the corner, great restaurants and cute stores all within walking distance! The house is cute, in a historic neighborhood (so think 1800’s) with all the amenities needed. The ONLY missing detail was sheets for the pullout couch but there were lots of blankets and pillows so not a big deal.We would definitely come back to visit!

Gracious living on quiet Buffalo boulevard

This apartment was the most graciously appointed of any of our rental stays. Comfortable beds, brand new bathroom and kitchen with laundry. Beauty everywhere - lamps, furniture,artwork - blending with thoughtfully restored 1900s doors and mouldings on a quiet parkway. We could have comfortably and happily stayed a week. We did have an issue using the apartment's entry but the owner was quickly responsive. There are two locks for two doors with separate codes. Read the entry instructions carefully. Enjoy your stay.

This guest unfortunately left the suite in horrible condition and completely disrespected the space and our hard working cleaning staff that cares for it . They left my place trashed, broke my decor, stained the beds and had no intention of letting me know. My cleaners were deeply upset at what they had upon seeing what was left for them to clean up. This guest is no longer welcomed back and since they were rightfully charged a damage deposit, they felt compelled to leave us an average 3 star review which is pure retaliation. As a small business owner - We aim to offer top level cleaning service along with a unique and authentic guest experience in a great location. Unfortunately some guests don’t appreciate or respect the property and have the audacity to publish a bad review when called out. Owners - Please proceed with caution before accepting this guest .
