Cozy 3BR Casa Bella: Beach Access, Pool, Pets OK

Gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, lakefront home, located at Sea Place. We love dogs!!!

This Three bedroom, Two bath single family home with a one car garage has plenty to offer for guests looking to escape to the beach. Full size washer/dryer, completely upgraded large kitchen area with all appliances.

The master suite has a king size bed with private in-suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom also has queen size bed. The living room also has a pull out queen size sofa bed. A new 55 inch flat screen TV has been added to the living room and a new 32 inch flat screen has been added to the master bedroom. Casa Bella has wireless Internet for your convenience.

The home is less than a two minute walk to the beach.

Just step out on the covered screened in lanai or open sun deck and feel the ocean breeze or just sit back and enjoy the view. This is a wonderful waterfront home to enjoy your vacation.

Outside, relax in an lakefront pool or stroll on the golden sands. Tennis courts, racquetball and basketball courts on-site. Restaurants within walking distance and grocery store within a 3 minute drive. Golf course nearby. Other conveniences include:

• Large, lighted parking.
• On-site security.

If your compass points towards day-tripping, renowned theme parks of Disney, SeaWorld, Universal and Busch Gardens are a short drive away.

Place is beautiful and clean! Roomy and everything needed was there. Kitchen utensils, linens, towels etc.I highly recommend it! Great place to vacation with your family!!

Cute place, wonderful stay!

My friends and I rented this place for a little 3 night vacation and it was perfect! It was just the right size and so cute! The location was great. We were so close to all that St Augustine has to offer, including the beach! We will definitely be coming back!

Florida at its best

We had a wonderful time here. Sitting in the florida room watching the lizards overlooking the water, cooking in the kitchen and jut enjoying family in a safe clean environment. Would definitely come back to this house!

Wonderful beach house

This was one of the best places we have stayed in St. Augustine and we have been visiting for 14 years. The house was clean. Close to the beach. Sitting on the lanai with the view of the pond made for a relaxing evening. We are only sad we had to cut the trip short because of hurricane milton, but the rental office was very kind and helpful as to what to do. We will definitely be back!

Home away from home

We come to St Augustine every year for Memorial Day weekend and this place is by far our favorite. We loved how they accept larger dogs (huge bonus) it was very clean, well decorated and everything that you need. The pool is practically out your back door and even though it’s the end of May you can sit on the back porch in the evening and get the ocean breeze. Very quiet and safe neighborhood with a Publix and great food near by. This deserves 5 stars and we look forward to our next stay here!!

Ladies getaway to St Augustine

Very comfortable, Nice location enjoyed screened in porch. Third bedroom needed a lamp a chest a few more amenities we were asked to do laundry when we left. However, there was no laundry detergent. A few amenities could have been added to this house. Upon arrival drain in middle bathroom was broken and the toilet ran no bathmats in either bathroom one hairdryer for the entire house no soap and showers. after we furnished a few items, our stay was more pleasant

Nosy “board members”

Neighbors kept spying on me. Very strange behavior. Perhaps not, considering their fragile ages. Not enough excitement in their own lives could also be a factor. Other than that, lovely place.

Nice house but disappointed

When I made my reservations, I like this house because it was steps away from a large pool. When we got there, we realized that there was no water in the pool, so we had to get in our car and drive to the pool. I would have never made reservations at this house had I known that.

My Stay at Casa Bella at Sea Place

Our stay was very nice, place was exactly as we saw online. Directions on how to get there and how to get the keys to the place well put. Your home was very clean and inviting to us. The bathroom in the hallway did have its stopper on top of the sink and on top of the tub, so we left that way when we left. Your instructions once we came into the place were clear, but we saw fishing equipment at your place, but we brought out own, and thought we could fish there. We found out we could not. If that was in your instructions that would be helpful. Any particular dos and don'ts would be helpful as well on your instructions you leave. The place was beautiful, and we had a wonderful time. The neighbors around us were kind, friendly and offered guidance about the area. Thank you for giving us a chance to stay at your place. The next time we plan a trip to St. Augustine we would love to come back. Thank you once again.

Pleasant But Lacking Some

Overall, the property was very clean. It was missing some key elements though. There was only a remote for one tv in the master bedroom that worked correctly. The living room tv only functioned with about 1/3 of the screen with a remote control that wasn’t fully compatible with the tv. There was supposed to be working ceiling fans, but the one in the master bedroom was broken. The ice maker was broken and even with a ticket put in, no one came to address the fan or the ice maker. When the ac went down, however, someone was there within an hour and they fixed it quickly! Not a huge deal, but there was no grill we could find either, and we had planned on that. There is nothing that couldn’t quickly be fixed though. So I feel that overall this was a good little spot to stay.

Girls week

A cute little Casa with friendly neighbors who we were thankful for! Upon arrival we easily were able to grab our keys and find our rental. Our rental had no running water when arrived. We called the emergency # for assistance (2x I believe) as four woman cannot stay in a rental without water! Thankfully one of the neighbors told us there was a water main break I. The area and they had been without water since 9am. Why didn’t the mgmt co. relay that to us? The rental is the cutest and within a very short walk to one of the pools and right out back is a beautiful pond full of softshell turtles who will come looking for morsels! We did have to call maintenance a couple more times for a broken shower head and missing remotes & batteries in other remotes; they were quick to respond and courteous - we did forget to let them know that the comfy grey sofa and pretty area rug really need to be cleaned; an extra blanket over the couch solved that! The casa is roughly a 1/2 hours drive into St. Augustine and catching an Uber was never an issue. The few bumps mentioned were really no big deal $&/ happens and you move on! We had a GREAT time in a cute casa with beautiful surrounds and nice neighbors!! PS: For people who have never stayed before, you need your key fob to open the gate to the boardwalks leading to the beach!

Family Get away 5/12-5/17

This is a lovely property in a nice community, and house is very close to everything-10 min drive to DT St Augustine. The house is very clean, has all new appliances and is decorated so tastefully. The kitchen is nice. Ample seating at the counter, but the chairs are SUPER hard. There is also a table, but the chair trim need repairs. Beds in the master/guest rooms were very comfortable and sheets soft. There are plenty of towels and extra pillows. Kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc. pots/pans were sufficient, could use some steak knives. The cushions on the sleeper couch need some TLC-cushions sink in and we are not large people. The beautiful beach is a few blocks’ walk and is very secure, dunes in an out are high but doable. Now for the not so positive: We checked in on Sunday only to find that there was no remote for the TV in the guest room. I asked the agent about it on Monday and was told multiple times that he was waiting to hear back from the owner-never heard back! When we checked out, I asked for a credit and here it the response I got "I'm sorry you had issues finding the remote to the second bedroom TV, however, the TV does have buttons and is a gaming TV and does not have cable to it. I'm sorry but that did not warrant a refund" AKA NO TV IN GUEST ROOM. Also, no onsite security or admin office per residents I asked. Cable is basic. TV's that WORK are smart-bring your Amazon, etc. credentials with you and delete before you go home.
