Welcome to Aqua Haven: your peaceful retreat in the beloved Summer Haven community just south of St. Augustine. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Matanzas Inlet area, this spacious coastal home offers the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. Multiple screened-in porches, lush tropical surroundings, and calming breezes make it easy to unplug the moment you arrive.



Whether you’re gathering upstairs in the bright, open living area, whipping up a meal in the large kitchen with its stylish coffee station, or getting some work done at the dedicated desk space, Aqua Haven has room for everyone to settle in. Downstairs, a completely private suite offers a full kitchen, living space, renovated bathroom, and screened patio, ideal for two guests who want their own haven. And with 2 dogs up to 50 lbs each welcome, the whole family can enjoy this coastal escape together.



THE PROXIMITY:

You’re just 0.5 miles from the Matanzas Inlet Beach Access, just a quick 10-minute walk or a 1-minute drive (and golf cart rentals are available if you'd like a fun way to get around). Palm Coast is only 5–10 minutes south, offering Washington Oaks State Park, The Hammock Golf Club, and plenty of restaurants and bars. Grocery runs are easy with Publix and Winn-Dixie about 15 minutes away.

Nearby attractions include mini golf, The Lighthouse, The Alligator Farm, and local favorites such as Commanders, Sand Bar, A1A Back 40, Viola’s Pizza, and 386, each within a short drive. Explore Matanzas Inlet by kayak or paddleboard, where dolphin sightings are common, or enjoy breezy beach walks while hunting for shark teeth.

Head 15 minutes north to St. Augustine Beach for more dining, bars, coffee shops, weekly farmers markets, and drive-on beach access at A Street for 4WD vehicles. For bigger adventures, day trips to Disney World, Daytona Beach, Cape Canaveral, World Golf Hall of Fame, and TPC Sawgrass are all within reach.



THE SPACE:

Thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility, Aqua Haven offers two distinct living areas that make group travel a breeze. Upstairs features three bedrooms, a large living room, a beautifully equipped kitchen with a cool coffee station, a spacious dining area, and access to inviting screened-in porches perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A large dedicated desk area makes remote work easy when needed.

Downstairs, the private suite is a standout feature! Ideal for grandparents, couples, or anyone wanting a little extra privacy. With its own kitchen, living space, renovated bathroom, and screened patio, it feels like a retreat within a retreat. Throughout the home, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and plenty of comfortable seating ensure a relaxing and connected stay.

OPEN LIVING: In the main house as well as the private suite, the kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with enough paper products, pods, trash bags and soaps for the length of your stay. Linens and towels are included.



THE LAYOUT: This home has a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom layout.

-MAIN HOME ON 2ND FLOOR:

Primary Bedroom: 1 King bed with en suite bathroom with walk in shower and double sink, plus a walk in closet.

Guest Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed

Guest Bedroom 2: 2 Twin Beds.

Guest Bathroom: Full bathroom with a shower/tub combo in bedroom hallway

LAUNDRY: We offer a washer and dryer inside on the 2nd floor. We provide starter laundry pods and dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies for your convenience.



PARKING: Parking is available in the driveway, and we ask that there is no parking on the grass.



AMENITIES: Linens and towels. Fully loaded kitchen. Washer and dryer. 2 screened patios. Outdoor seating. Off street parking. The TV's are Smart TVs, so simply login to your streaming accounts to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. Nearby beach access.

BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. You can walk just down the street to the beach!



*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $149. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1500 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($1000) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and all of it's amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Locally, we have several rental places where you can stock up on beach and water sports gear. Additionally, there is a service called Drifters that will come to the house to drop off bikes that you can rent at a daily rate.



Nearby restaurants include 386, Bronx House, Ragga Surf Outdoor Cafe, Commanders (a local favorite for oysters and seafood). One of my all time favorites is Back 40 A1A! You have to try the Chimichurri Steak Quesadilla and Jerk Chicken Tacos!



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.



We can coordinate the delivery of a golf cart or jet-ski's for your stay! Please let us know if you would like this service provided.



Other Things to Note:

Rental Agreement: A quick virtual rental agreement is required—simple and guest-friendly!



There is not a washer or dryer or a dishwasher on the ground floor.



The fireplace on the 2nd floor is decorative only and is not for guest use.



The street immediately east of this house does not have beach access. You can see the water but there are rocks/jetties there and no beach. The beach access is .5 miles north at Matanzas Inlet.

WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control, trash handling and where applicable, pool and spa cleaners. Some properties may have other specialty service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests.

Pack N Play Available Upon Request with 48 hours notice.



Dog friendly only. 2 dogs total allowed, up to 50lbs each.



Our dog rent fee is $30.00/Dog/Night, $175.00/Dog/Week, with a maximum of $300.00/Dog/Month.

-This fee is added on to your total after booking confirmation.

-The fee doesn't cover damage caused by your pet. We will provide photos and a handyman quote to fairly assess repair charges.

-Pets must be fully housebroken, freshly bathed prior to arrival and treated with flea and tick meds within 30 days of check in.

-Please share with us any details regarding weight, age, if crated when left alone, if allowed on furniture. If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!



NOISE LEVELS: There are residents all around on all sides as this is a residential neighborhood. Please respect their right to quiet enjoyment by keeping noise levels down and observing quiet time per St. Johns County ordinance from the hours of 10pm until 8am.



LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.
