The check in process and communication with the property owner/manager was excellent. The unit was exactly as described with exceptional views. The on-site amenities were wonderful and while busy they were not crowded. The gated entry and parking were appreciated. The furniture, beds, televisions, etc were all comfortable and accommodating.We would book this unit without hesitation for future stays.

The condo was a perfect home away from home. View was amazing & very clean condo. Plenty room!! Family of 4 with 2 young children. Pool was definitely a hit for my kids.

My teens loved it!

We had an amazing time! Kim was an amazing host from start to finish. She communicated well and answered all our silly questions even about coffee machines and the weather! The unit had all the amenities you could need like a washer and drier, dishwasher, fridge, blender, mixer, microwave, stove and oven. She had an outdoor closet with beach items like portable chairs, boogie boards, and some tent like item (I think). The unit was beautifully decorated and higher up on the 14th floor with a view directly of the Gulf. Looking out from master bedroom all you could see were blue skies and emerald water. The master bedroom has one side that is largely window w access to the balcony. The 2nd room has two full beds. Between the master bedroom and the 2nd room are adequate buffer so you don’t hear your kids and mom and dad get private time. The beach access was literally just below us and secure. The beach and office staff were courteous, accommodating, and professional. The unit gives you access to two beach chairs with an umbrella, you could rent more if needed. Kim mentions how to sign up to get more chairs (extra ) when she sends you the orientation pdf ( which was really helpful). Our family of 4 didn’t need extra chairs since we were mostly up and about the beach and also used the portable chairs from her storage closet.Kim’s unit was a bit more than some others on the same property but we feel it was worth it.We hope to return one day!Thanks Kim!

Fantastic experience all around!

From the beautiful condo to the excellent communication it was an all around great experience! Kim and Matt were great host that stayed in communication with us, even letting us know of up coming lane closures to the bridge. They were able to get us an early check in to avoid the traffic. The condo was so clean and in great shape. My family loved this place and will definitely be back!

The best getaway

I was so impressed with the wonderful beachfront home, everything was spotless inside, the beach was also so well kept and pool was beautiful! The kitchen had plenty of equipment to cook with. Overall this was a perfect place to stay, would love to book again soon!!

Total Relaxation with Great Views

14th floor with front views of the water, beach,and pool. Blue Angels practice is a wonder to see with no charge. Within driving distance to other interesting places including the 12 miles of national coastline. The condo was crystal clean.A great stay!

Navarre Beach Get Away

We had a great time. The condo was perfect for 2 couples. Well equipped. Great view. Relaxed area to unwind. Close to the National Park Beach also. I would stay again.

Spectacular views

Kim was a awesome host from the beginning to the end. The views and the beach was exceptional. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Juan, our Beach attendant was so hopeful and made sure our needs were met. I highly recommend staying at Sunset Cove, you will not be disappointed.

Fabulous getaway at Sunset Cove!

We had 4 glorious days at Sunset Cove. The home was gorgeous, well stocked and extremely comfortable. The view and sunsets were incredible. Kim and Matt were very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend Sunset Cove for a Navarre Beach vacation!

Christmas at the Beach

This is our 2nd time at The Pearl and this unit is perfect! The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked! We saw dolphins and pelicans galore! Great atmosphere and the view from the 14th floor is gorgeous!

Exceptional Vacation Place

Beautiful Condo overlooking the ocean! Minute walk to the beach and even shorter distance to the pools. Beautiful views and comfortable clean condo. Property owner was very attentive to our needs during the hurricane that was east of us. Would strongly recommend staying here and would definitely return.

Perfect Beachfront Stay

Kim was amazing to coordinate with and provided super informative instructions and recommendations. We absolutely loved our stay. The beachfront views did not disappoint. We saw dolphins playing from the balcony nearly everyday. The included beach chairs made going to/from the beach a breeze. Overall it was very comfortable. The condo was very clean and secure and had all of the amenities we could need for the week. Although, you can hear neighbors balcony slider doors opening and closing and the sunlight shines in around the curtains—so be sure to bring your sound machine and eye mask if those elements would be disruptive to your sleep. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again.

Great condo, great location, fabulous host

We had a fabulous little vacation with our family (2 adults, 5 yo, 13 yo). The condo is spacious and was plenty of room for us. The balcony overlooking the ocean is amazing. My son and I were desperate to see dolphins and we saw plenty! Kim is a fantastic host and was quick to communicate with me about anything we needed. It's always nice dealing with the actual host and not a management company. I really value the care and attention. Navarre is a great spot for a more quiet beach experience. Thanks Kim for a great experience! communicate and stay in touch
