Modern family friendly house in Reykjavik, brilliant location.
The neighborhood: It is located in residential area on the West side of Reykjavik city center and close to the University of Iceland and the city center.
You are in walking distance to the lighthouse Grótta, popular place to see Northern lights in Reykjavik if the weather conditions are good.
Locality and attractions: Food stores nearby, open 24 hours. There is a swimming pool and a gym within walking distance. The cycling and walking path around the city is next to the apartment on the coastline. Only 500 meters from the Domestic Airport terminal in Reykjavik
Our house has two floors, on the ground floor you have nice living room, bathroom and kitchen fully loaded with everything you need. From the living room you and enter our patio / garden where we have very nice Hot Tub ( NOT JACUZZI ) where you can relax and if weather conditions are right then you can see the northern lights / Aurora borealis. In our garage we have small gym that you can use.
On the 1st floor we have tv room with TV and Apple TV with all the streaming services Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. We have 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor, Master bedroom has King Size bed ( 180x200 cm ), second bedroom has single bed ( 90x200 cxm ), 3rd and 4th bedrooms have single beds ( 120x200 cm ), we can add single bed in the tv room if needed. Master bathroom is on the 1st floor with bath tub and shower.
We have baby crib and high chair for your children.
We provide linen, towels and soap etc.
We manage over 85 properties here in Iceland, most of them in the Reykjavik area and also outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik. We also offer long term renting.
