Summary:
This newly constructed house is one you won't forget! (Permit: 251321) Perfectly located steps from Twin Lakes Beach with easy access to everything Santa Cruz has to offer. Fully equipped both inside and out. Experience jaw-dropping views from nearly every room as well as a heated oceanfront deck with outdoor kitchen, a second floor sun deck, a hot tub, and an outdoor patio area with a built in fire pit. This the ideal place to soak up the sun and experience true California coastal living!
The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests
- 3 bedrooms - The top floor offers 3 bedrooms all featuring en-suite private bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms share the top floor sun deck boasting amazing views of Monterey Bay. The main floor bunk room has four built-in beds: two queens below with two twin beds up top.
- 4.5 bathrooms
- Free/private parking for 3 cars
- Living room - offers an open floor plan with dramatic natural light and vast ocean views
- Fully equipped modern kitchen and bar complete with Wolf and SubZero appliances and a drip coffee maker
- Outdoors - The main floor deck is equipped with built-in patio heaters, an outdoor kitchen with a 42” BBQ, and outdoor furniture. Just down the stairs from the deck is the built-in fire pit which provides awesome ocean views, an outdoor shower, and a hot tub
- Basement "media room" has a 75” TV with seating for the entire family, a half-bath, and laundry

- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- This home is pet friendly for 1 dog (30 lbs or less) for a $25/night fee. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and the initial booking is paid for -- Let us know if you want to bring your Dog so we can make sure your dog is a great fit for this home! We are not able to host any other types of pets at this home.
- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house except the garage that is reserved for storage.

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

Other Things to Note:
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
