I'm Sarah, founder and CEO of Cheerio Darling, a boutique and luxury short term rental small-business. I personally manage each property.
My husband and I both grew up in the hospitality business. In my youth, I worked for The Walt Disney Company in California and Japan for nearly 10 years. Chad spent his early days at Hotel Bel Air and then worked for Chef Thomas Keller at Bouchon. Our foundations in hospitality birthed our dreams of wanting to be entrepreneurs who offered hospitality to others.
It didn’t happen overnight. We worked our tails off, saved, and sacrificed. We took huge risks - some paid off and some didn’t. But we always persevered. 12 years later, we now get the absolute honor of building our own bespoke company that curates incredible rental experiences for guests. Whether you’re a wedding party, a family, a group of colleagues, or a bunch of friends, we promise you will love staying in one of our homes.
