Adorable and spacious home perfect for families or groups, centrally located in a cute neighborhood. Less than 30 minutes to Sacramento, and less than 2 hours from South Lake Tahoe. Walking distance to parks, and 2 miles to Starbucks or shopping. Perfect for a relaxing stay in a spacious home that's centrally located in the greater Sacramento area. Quick access to Highway 80 & 50, gives easy access to endless day trips.

While we are a pet friendly house, we do require a non refundable pet deposit. When checking out, please choose the dog option when adding the total amount of guests and children in your group.

Centrally located in a quiet Neiborhood. Clean, comfortable, spacious, well appointed, modern. All boxes checked. And communication was A-1. We needed a base for our family, and the house was perfect for us.

Could not be any better. Our family had a great time there. Felt just like home. You will have everything that you need and more. Will definitely come back if we travel to this part of town. The host is very responsive, very understanding, and will do anything to help you. Book this place, you would be 100% happy .

Perfect location and space for our family

My family chose this place mainly because it had the proper space for our large family and it was 3 minutes away from our other family that lives in CA. This home would be our top choice if we come to visit again.

Family wedding

This property was so roomy for our family of 8. Having so many king sized beds was a BIG plus as the 6 adults are all over 6 ft tall and the grandchildren (the other 2 in our group) loved all the toys they had to play with. We would definitely stay again if we were to be in the Sacramento area again.

Family Visit

Our group of 9 came to California and all stayed together to visit family and see the sights. We had a great stay and the house accomodated all of us with no issue. My kids enjoyed the space and loved the toys availableto them

Plenty of room

We were a large family group in town for a wedding. The home was perfect for our needs and the three bathrooms were great for getting ten people ready on time every morning. Great communication with Jaime. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

Nieces wedding

The number of bedrooms was perfect and three baths was needed for all of us (6 adults) to get ready for the wedding. My grandchildren really enjoyed all the toys and fenced backyard There were some minor issues that needed attention. Overall we enjoyed being all together

My family of 10 stayed here for our daughter’s wedding. Sometimes, pictures can be deceiving for a property but this home was just as pictured. The host was very responsive. The air conditioner had an issue when we were there. They came to the house within 30 min of me contacting them. They put in a temporary fix for the night and a permanent fix the following day. It was perfect for our family! We would stay here again.

Perfect location and had everything we needed

Our stay here was perfect for our family of 10 and 2 dogs. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of tp for the bathrooms! Hosts communication was on point. House is well taken care of and clean. We really enjoyed the open living/dining areas and the backyard. Ohh and the ac was awesome! We’d definitely return.

Wonderful house - repeat guests

This was our second time staying at this property, and we will return again next year! Everything is clean, there are plenty of amenities, and communication with the owner/manager was excellent. We 100% recommend!

Home Away From Home!

Four generations of family stayed together for a wedding in town and this place was perfect for all of us! It was an easy check in and the owner was quick to answer when we had a question locating an item we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the house was tastefully decorated.The pictures don't do justice for this house. There was plenty of room for us to park 4 vehicles (2 in the driveway and 2 in front of the house).

Cute Place!

This house worked out great for our volleyball tournament weekend. We had three parent/teen families stay and there was more than enough room for everyone (and very reasonably priced compared to a hotel). A few minor things: the listing advertised a hot tub, but I didn’t see one (there’s a possibility there’s a jet tub in the master that I didn’t see). The room upstairs to the left could maybe use a mattress topper on the king bed…the mattress was very firm. Other than that, the house was clean and comfortable.

OCD and Very Pleased

I will definitely be coming back. We had 6 adults in our party, and the 5 bedrooms and 3 baths were perfect. The place is very clean, and nicely decorated. We had all the comforts of home, and the owner was quick to respond with each communication.
