We stayed here while in town for a family funeral and truly appreciated how clean, comfortable and charming the house was. The beds were very cozy, the home was well stocked with everything we needed, and the central location made it easy to get around. A lovely place to stay - thank you!

Amazing Stay!

Great Vacation Home

A group of 13 of us stayed at the home and had a lovely stay. Hot tub was a nice addition. When a minor issue arose owner was very responsive. Home was perfect location and great for a group.

Great Neighborhood Nice comfortable home

the kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook, the beds were comfy, and we loved the location. We like the bedroom with the two queen beds near the back of the house because it gave extra privacy to my grown children

Perfect location for SoCal

This was the perfect home and area for our short stay. It was close to every possible activity we had planned. Owner was responsive and house was well prepared with enough necessity. Theres plenty of rooms and space for privacy.

Convenient locale

The house was spacious and had enough bathrooms for myself and my co-workers. The neighborhood is great for walking around and even has a few wild parrots to add to the atmosphere.

Perfect place for our stay

We needed a place for our relatives to stay for a couple of nights because our home was being remodeled. This was perfect for us - the place was spacious and had many amenities that normal rentals wouldn't have. There were small touches that made our stay more convenient, like having laundry supplies there for our use, plenty of towels and bed linens, and even bottled water and a welcome gift. We would stay here again - thank you!

Nice Peaceful Neighborhood

My adult kids, grandchild, and myself had a very nice stay. Quiet neighborhood and we had a nice time hanging out and talking in the family room. The kitchen and rooms were spacious and nice as well. Very easy to communicate with the host. Would recommend.

Great Location

We enjoyed the property. Everything was clean. A few of the windows were difficult to open, but otherwise the house was well maintained. It was very spacious for only 3 and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to make any meal. The neighborhood and location to Monrovia is ideal. We enjoyed our stay.

Family Reunion

We especially enjoyed coffee in the beautiful back yard each morning. There was a problem at check-in because a cleaning person had an emergency, but host was very responsive and took care of it right away.

Clean and affordable

House is old, but clean, plenty of comfortable beds, limited seating in living room and dining room. Disproportionate to number of beds for sure. Offstreet Parking for max 2 vehicles, neighborhood seemed decent (not at all sketchy). Hosts are very nice and responsive. Would stay again.
