We invite you to come and stay in our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in the Historic District of Uptown Whittier. We are centrally located between Disneyland and Hollywood/ Universal Studios with easy freeway access to all the tourist attractions and beaches in LA and Orange County.

This house is perfect for individuals, families, groups, sports teams, corporate training seminars, ladies get away. We are walking distance to Whittier College, 10 minute drive to Biola College, Friendly Hills Golf Course and Rose Hills Memorial Park. Located only minutes away from miles of hiking, running and mountain bike trails in the local Whittier Hills.

Located just steps from a variety of great restaurants, coffee houses, bakeries shopping and a movie theater in Whittier's Uptown Village. Come have a glass of wine at the Bottle Room, enjoy a delicious meal of the best barbecue in town at Steve's BBQ, the Italian flavor Datillo's or the Spanish cuisine of Phight.

Just a short drive to City of Industry business district, City of Industry Golf Course/ The Palms Resort, Pomona Fairgrounds, Rio Hondo College, Rio Hondo Police Academy.
Great for traveling nurses as PIH /Whittier/Kaiser and Rancho Los Amigos Hospital are all close by.
Close to the Staples Center (Home of the LA Lakers, Clippers and Kings), LA Fashion District, LA Convention Center, LA Live, Coliseum, USC , Exposition Park . And if you want to shop or gamble, we are only a 10 minute drive away from the Citadel Factory Outlet Shopping Mall and the Commerce Casino.

Come and enjoy our beachy atmosphere with a fully stocked kitchen if you prefer to cook your own meals. Plus there is a washer/dryer for your use , plenty of off street parking and of course free wifi (wireless internet). In the morning enjoy a cup of coffee on the private patio and in the evening watch a movie in the comfy living room. When you stay at our place we want you to feel at home. We look forward to your stay !

We stayed at this residence over Christmas. We relocated out of so cal but have family in Long Beach, Orange County, and Covina. So this location made it easy to do our vista across many cities. This house is very spacious. Bedrooms are ample in size, beds are very comfy, but the large kitchen and living area were our favorite. Comfy couches & all the kitchen item you need to cook or cha over coffee. The hosts were so responsive. There were no unanswered inquiries and they were a delight to deal with. This house is a block away from Uptown Whittier Main Street with small shots and many great restaurants. Home was clean and I had to mention again, very spacious!

Large comfortable rooms. Beds and appliances all nice. TV worked fine. Close where we needed to be. Only small problem was parking.

Large, comfortable space, walking distance to uptown.

We had rented this property for one week to accommodate our out-of-town work colleagues. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Perfect location, walking distance to Uptown Whittier, which has many great shops and restaurants. We will use this home again the next time our team is in town.

Needs a thorough cleaning

The house was nice, but definitely could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. The floors needed to be swept, there was sand in one of the beds, the master bathroom had cobwebs. We inquired about the thermostat being lowered due to my moms medical condition and never received a response back. Neighborhood is quiet, but there is not alot of parking.

Great stay in Whittier

Nice property as described in the listing. Very close and a short walk to shops. The host was flexible with the check in and out times, which was much appreciated. We would stay there again if back in the area.

Family enjoyment in a sad situation

I booked this unit for my adult children, their spouses and teens. They enjoyed the unit thoroughly. Easy access to morning coffee and doughnuts and not far to an In and Out. Coming from Florida for their grandmother / great grandmother's funerals (both my mom and my husbands mom), this unit provided a good place for them to decompress and enjoy each other. Thank you
