Located on the Eastside of town in a newly developed neighborhood. Super convenient area with lots of stores, restaurants, and gas stations. Amazing city view, and a park right across the street.

Great stay

We were very happy with our stay! Great location and WI-FI was perfect for my remote working/virtual calls I had. Very updated and modern aesthetic which was nice!

Fantastic Property!

Overall an absolutely stunning and beautiful place to stay! Loved everything about the property, location, and ease of use. Beautiful property! My only recommendation would be to add some sort of matting or additional towels for the floor in the master shower; the water splashes and was incredibly slippery for guests.

Amazing house

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay while visiting family. We would definitely stay again. Nice location, good amenities. Notified the owner of a few recommendations, not many dishes, silverware or comfortable seating. Beds were great! We look for places that have comfortable beds and furniture. Thanks!

Great Stay

Home was amazing with high ceilings. Easy access to highway and plenty of restaurants around the corner. Garage was perfect to store some work related things while I was there. But the master suite shower was incredible. Five stars. Highly recommend booking.

We loved the spacious and very modern home. Our family of 8 had more than enough room and home was located in a good spot. Kitchen was stocked with more useful items than you would find in a motel room. Little extras like creamer, spices, and good coffee really made it welcoming. One of the bedrooms got really hot due to the scorching sun hitting that side so perhaps some blackout curtains? Patio furniture would have been nice but due to heat outside we just stayed indoors so not a big impact on our stay. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Pretty but needs some improvement

The house was beautiful. Super open concept with natural lighting. However, it does need a deep clean. It really is a nice home, but the rugs and towels need an update. They look worn. The property manager answered right away when we needed a new battery for the entry keypad which was awesome. Also, I would just recommend removing the Christmas wreath above front doors. Overall, I would stay here again, but with the cleaning fee we paid, I would expect a pristine home.

First timer in El Paso

Very beautiful home. More than large enough for the 3 of us. We each had our own space if needed. Attached garage was nice to use so there was no worries about leaving rental car out at night. Nice neighborhood. Wished there had been some patio furniture out behind the house. Would have been nice to sit out there each evening. The kitchen wasn't very well stocked unfortunately. Nice coffee bar set up. But the cooking utensils are pretty old and beat up, not to mention kind of small. We had to make our spaghetti sauce in 2 batches one night and our fajitas in 2 batches another night. There was no salt in the shaker or any replacement garbage bags for the kitchen can. Bar stools along the nice kitchen counter would have been great also. I definitely would stay here again. TR

The house is gorgeous and very spacious. The location is just past the busy city but you still have a lot shopping centers and restaurants to choose from and is located across the street from a nice park and in newly developed area. When I arrived to the house I noticed the floors were dirty. It looked like someone had just been by the house to clean because there were wet spots on the floor and dirty foot smudges on the floor. I decided to sweep again because I noticed there was a lot hair and debris on the floors. After I did my own sweeping, I ended up picking up a ton of fur and hair and dirt. There weren’t cleaning products available in the house, so I had to go buy my own. Laundry soap, bleach dish soap, or dishwasher detergent, nothing! There weren’t any kitchen cleaning towels, again, we I had to go by some. There weren’t hangers in the closet, so I had to buy more. The bathroom didn’t have washcloths. The bath towels that were available were very thin and cheap. I ended washing them all when we arrived because they’re looked like they had been used. There were dirty hand prints on them. The kitchen supplies and cooking supplies are weak. Very cheap and was available was very limited. Overall, I would stay here again but it wouldn’t be my first choice just based on the company that rent out the property. The fees that are tacked on by VRBO, the property owners should keep the house well stocked with necessities for each guest.

Mostly Nice, However.......

Over all nice place to stay with only minor exceptions. We ened up buying a steam mop to do the floors ourselfs and had to purchase cleaning supplies to propperly clean the house. The negative: The shower need to be scrubbed.. It had nasty pubic hair (in quantity) so we scrubbed the shower with our own purchased cleaning supplis. The floors and solid surfaces were attepted to be cleaned but the cleaning staff needs to work on their amount of cleaner or rinse after as EVERYTHING had a thick film left behind and felt nasty to even walk around on a filmy floor. There is no vacume or cleaning supplies. The thermostat adjustment is ONLY controled by the owners. It is a pain to constantly contact them to adjust it. It is set to 82 in the day and 75 at night. We could not sleep well and it was always humid in the house. That was the worst part for me.There were no garbage bags for the kitchen garbage can.. Again something we had to purchase.There was remenants of the last gusts. For instance hair everywhere, bobby pins, rubber bands for hair, cherrios under the couch and coolaid on the floor around the table and highchair as well as the plastic wrappers for a juice box all over. No chairs for the patio. The POSITVE: This place seems to be new construction and is beautiful. Amazing waterfall shower in master. Very quiet neighborhood. Garage parking Nicely finished inside and out. Spacious room x3 Hot water on demand! Very large island in kitchen.Wide open floor plan. Internet provid
