Please note housekeeping services are not scheduled on major holidays.

This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $5,000. This policy is required from this property manager and already included in the displayed price. Guests who prefer to place a security deposit for this amount in lieu of the Damage Protection Policy can inquire for additional details.

Please note the closet in the Master Suite is unavailable for guest use but there are two armoires suitable for guests' storage needs.

*This Estate has an additional $5,000 refundable security deposit beyond the standard Vacation Rental Damage Protection. This security deposit will be required at the time of final payment and will be refunded within 30 days of departure less any damage to the residence.
