This is the second time staying at one of Tony’s places. Highly recommend this spot, close to Bridge street and trails by the canal. We will continue to be a repeat customer.

Spacious and Comfy

This was our second stay on Starr Street. We attended a seminar for a week and were very comfortable in the house. Phoenixville offers a large number of great restaurants that we visited during our stay.

Just as advertised!

The property is just like the pictures. Tony the host is available anytime you need him. The location is perfect - it can be hard to find parking on Bridge Street but from the house it’s about a 1/2 mile walk. The neighborhood was quiet, no problems sleeping at night. We are already talking about coming back next year, and if Tony has a property available we’d happily book with him again.

Heaven on Earth!!

10 out of 10 would recommend! Tony was so responsive when I reached out. The house was clean and exactly as described. Quiet and clean neighborhood. We will definitely be renting with him again!!

Great space for friends

This property was perfectly located near The Greater Philadelphia Expo Center & Fairgrounds. My friends and I attended for a gaming convention. Plenty of room at this house. Everyone gets a bed! We enjoyed the distillery down the street, too.

Enjoyable and comfortable family Thanksgiving

We came to Phoenixville to celebrate our family Thanksgiving, and had a good time in a great neighborhood in a house with many amenities! There was plenty of room for all throughout the house, and the games in the basement and bicycles in the garage were definitely enjoyed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, and pans, and easily enabled us to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner! During our stay, we did have an issue with the shower curtain rod in the main bathroom, and Tony quickly came over within a 1/2 hour to remedy the situation. If we come to Phoenixville next year, we would try to stay here again.

Roomy and comfortable

We came to Phoenixville for a conference and were grateful for the spacious, comfortable spaces for relaxing after days filled with lectures. All the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well set up for light meals and breakfast preparation. Keypad Access was super easy and Tony was just a text away if something was needed. Close proximity to the many restaurants on Bridge Street and off-street parking were important components to this comfortable location.

Roomy, clean and close to everything

The property was the perfect size for our family and within walking distance of our wedding venue and other restaurants and pubs. We especially appreciated the cleanliness of the home. Had a great time and would definitely return again.

Great Location and Extras

We had a superb stay here in Phoenixville. The bicycles (each with its own lock) made quick trips downtown extra easy and fun. There was a pet-friendly festival in the park across the street with vendors and music during our stay. We were able to take the bikes out for a morning on the Schuylkill River Trail. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans and spices - and the wireless phone chargers provided. The place is so well located and well appointed. Thanks for an easy and memorable stay!

Great Place

Clean, comfortable stay, and easy/quick communication with the host when needed. The five of us loved the back deck for morning coffee and the front porch when it rained. The street in front is a little busy but that was no problem as you park around back. We enjoyed darts in the basement, cooking meals in the kitchen, and the easy beautiful drive trough Valley Forge National Park to the graduation near Philly that brought us to town. The large bedroom upstairs has the stairway (with a door that closes fully) to the upper room. Well appointed overall!

Great house in a great location

House is very close to Reeves Park which was great for our kids. Very spacious for the five of us, 3 adults and 2 kids. Nice touches like charging stations in each room and lights throughout the house when it’s dark. Will definitely stay again!

Lovely home in wonderful neighborhood

This is a beautiful house suited for large families. Lots of free, easy parking, a very comfortable home, a superb kitchen fully stocked with lots of dinnerware, silverware, and appliances, and even a full complement of spices and olive oil. The only thing that was a bit of a letdown was just having one full and one 1/2 bathroom. If you fill the house, you will be challenged by this. Sweet touch, having fast wireless phone chargers everywhere, two great TVs, and a game room. If I had the need to accommodate my family again in Phoenixville, I would not hesitate to reach out to Tony again. He is very good host.

Amazing home!

This house is beautifully decorated and maintained. It was the perfect size for my family with kids. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room with air hockey, darts and xbox. The house is perfectly located near some great restaurants and close enough to the city and Valley Forge to allow enjoyable day trips. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful - always quick to respond to any questions we had. I HIGHLY recommend this home and would gladly stay here again next time we are in the area.

Best stay ever

We have stayed in several places when visiting family in PA, none have been as well done and easy. Tony was wonderful with info and responses. Phoenixville is a walking community with some great restaurants and parks. Four miles to Valley Forge.

Great house with lots of nice little extras. Gaming tables, Alexa, chargers by each bed. Clean and new. Easy communication. Would stay again.

Very good overall.

Great location, and property. Some carpets and some random surfaces were a little dusty/dirty, but overall still pretty clean. The water for the shower was either only hot or cold.
