We have stayed at VRBO homes for years, but never in one that was as well-stocked as this home. From bathroom essentials to kitchen essentials, we never found ourselves wishing that there was an extra kitchen towel, or two extra rolls of toilet paper, or one more small frying pan.

Overall we had a great week and suffered only minor inconveniences during our stay. Lots of shopping and dining options within walking distance was very nice. The property was clean and mostly ready for our arrival, but their staff had left a mass of bedding and towels in the dryer and hung about the laundry room. Indicating a very short turn around. Some key items; a remote for a ceiling fan, extra blankets weren't furnished which would have made the stay a lot more comfortable. . We were also contacted about a contractor coming to the property during our stay but they never showed. Which was a hassle as we altered some of our plans to accommodate someone entering the property.

This home was great for our family. We were close to everything and loved being able to walk around the lake in the mornings. Very clean and very satisfied.

It is frustrating trying to watch TV unless it is nighttime because of the glare from the sliding glass door. In fact, the whole house is bright and it's difficult to sleep as well. The room downstairs with the other TV is also bright but has less glare...however, the couches are stiff and uncomfortable. I would also recommend getting a good mattress for the king bed. The fitted sheet does not fit the foam topper well and get bunched up with evey move. We really intended to get 3 days of good rest...we just didn't find it to be a comfortable or cozy environment.

Incredible view

Everything was Fabulous! I wish we could afford to stay another night to enjoy the view, location, house and everything. Target is across the street so if you need anything you are set! One thing I wish they did have was some common amenities like Saran Wrap or foil and salt etc. but we went to target! Just most places we’ve stayed at had all those handy.

A Great Experience

We love staying at this property! It was so nice and relaxing that we extended our stay! The host is very attentive, and goes out of his way to make sure everything is set up perfect on your arrival. We will be returning soon!

Spring Break 2025

Great home to accommodate 2 families for Spring Break. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Reno/Sparks. Plenty to do in the day around the house. House has everything we needed for a 4 day stay. We would forsure stay here again!

Great Home and Location

Loved the home location - great for walks around the lake and a park nearby. The property owner was super helpful with all of our needs. Will stay here again for sure!

Absolutely Awesome Home!

This beautiful property is absolutely pristine and elegant. Lovely view of the Marina! Great location! Close to everything! This spacious home is even more than the photos shown. Great attention to detail in every room. Super easy check in and out! Stayed here to visit family in Reno. Very comfortable! Would love to come back again.

House was nice, dated though. Floors were dirty, bedding in master to small for king bed and blankets for pull outs were aged and not comfortable. House was stocked well with pots and pans, towels for showering. Could of used more wash clothes, only had 3. Over all location and lake view were great.

Amazing!

Wonderful stay! Beautiful house and layout. Lots of stairs but doable even for my 90 year old mom. Great basement level, with 2 pull outcouches, bathroom with shower.

Great Property on the Marina

The house was extremely clean, has a beautiful view of the marina, the hosts were very responsive and helpful, and the family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful waterfront home

We visited the area as my son was in a baseball tournament. My extended family (a total of 7 of us) stayed at this extremely spacious home. There was more than enough space for everyone and the 4 bathrooms made getting ready a breeze! The home was very well stocked with kitchen supplies, bathroom/shower supplies and etc. the beds/bedding were so comfy! The home was aesthetically pleasing throughout with a beautiful waterfront view. Great host, incredibly friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Family stay in Sparks

Perfect location in Sparks, loved walking around the marina in the mornings. House was clean and well appointed. Loved the decor and the great views. Be aware of a fair number of stairs - wish we had packed lighter for the master bedroom. :)

Picture Perfect

The house is exactly as pictured. My parents were staying with us as we traveled to Reno for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. The multilevel property gave everyone the privacy needed. The proximity to Legends Mall is one of the best features. My son was in Scheels sporting store every day. Tons of food options. I’d stay at this home again. Great location with all the comforts of a home away from home. My son loved waking up to the view from the boat bed.

Great Location!!!

The location of the property is the best part. We were here for a pole vaulting summit all wkd and had 9 people stay and the location is central to everything with beautiful views. A couple recommendations: put kleenex in the house- you have none and less knick knacks in the bathrooms where people get ready because of space. You need mirrors in the bedrooms as the bathrooms aren’t big and for people getting ready in bedrooms need these to make it easier for large groups. There are no baking sheets in the house to prepare food in the oven so get some of those as well. Thank you for dropping off bath size towels. That was helpful and very much appreciated as we didn’t have enough at the start of the trip. Thank you for adding WiFi details to the profile. The garage doesn’t fit large vehicles either so makes it difficult and had to park outside bc of our big group. The stairs have a strange lip on the edge and the people in our group kept tripping on them. Seems like a liability to me and a bit dangerous. They are uncomfortable on the feet to step on and hurt as you walk on them so had to wear shoes for safety. I give these recommendations to help you as we use this site often to travel and also rent our own house on VRBO so we know what good likes like. 😊
