This house was clean, comfortable and was well stocked with anything you may need during your stay. The hosts were responsive and very accommodating, even including a welcome care package and passes to Ocean Park beach.

An ideal stay for 7 inter-generational women celebrating a birthday

This is a gorgeous, comfortable, well-maintained property and everything was perfect. We all agreed we would love to stay here again! Check-out was listed as 10 AM but we pre-arranged to check-out at noon for no additional charge.

Peaceful Escape

The cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Well stocked with anything you need. Fridge full of water bottles, welcome basket with snacks, plenty of pans, coziest beds, and on a large property with lots of privacy. We would definitely love to stay again.

Serene and Lovely Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Family members came for a lunch outdoors on the beautiful grounds. My favorite spot was the gazebo! The house was clean very comfortable for 5 of us. I recommend a stay in this delightful place!

Delightful setting

House is very comfortable, spacious and calming with inviting outdoor and indoor eating spaces. Its setting on an ocean inlet is perfect for watching animals, birds and changing tides especially from the gazebo. Also the neighborhood is very quiet., but there is plenty to entertain children on the property and in neighboring Ovean Beach park.

Home away from home

Nicely furnished and everything you need for your stay. Stayed with family and friends including two young children. There is a room with bunk beds and a crib with plenty of space to roam around. Bucket of welcome treats appreciated and house has games and children books. There is just one bathroom with a missing window shade that faces the front of the house that one guest was uncomfortable about but it wasn’t a problem just showering in one of the other two instead. Although we didn’t get the time to put to use, there are beach passes and life vests provided with kayaks in the yard that makes it a bonus. Host was very responsive to our needs and questions!

A little slice of heaven in New London, CT

Great property with abundant amenities. Mostly one level access to all rooms, which is truly appreciated by those traveling with elderly or mobility challenged family members who struggle with climbing or descending stairs safely. Kayaks, basketball, bicycles, a firepit and sauna on property and easy beach access,- all in addition to the amazing location!

A Paradise Villa

This house is spectacular! There was plenty of room for everyone and so many beautiful touches throughout! We loved sitting out by the fire pit at night, enjoying meals together with plenty of room for everyone and tranquil mornings enjoying our coffee by the water! The pictures do not do this beautiful place justice! We were sad to leave this little slice of heaven this morning! We hope to be back next year! Thank you for the welcome basket and hospitality, and the beach parking passes were invaluable! This is the place to stay!!

Beautiful House & Perfect Location

This house was absolutely gorgeous- it has been recently renovated and was very clean and comfortable. We had 12 people staying at the house with two more at a hotel and ate all of our meals at the house. There was plenty of space to spread out especially with the gazebos and patio. The location of the house is perfect - end of a street with the river right there. We played basketball, corn hole & kayaked. They also left 3 beach passes so we were all able to go to the beach. It was the perfect spot for our family to gather. Thank you!

Quaint, Quiet and Cozy!

Stayed a weekend for a fantastic wedding at Harkness Park. Comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms and peaceful setting. There were 13 of us, so we were scrambling for a few more chairs. Our stay was great, welcome gifts were appreciated and owners were responsive and helpful.
