Sufficient

Overall, we thought the house was very cute, but we’re a little surprised with some of the things. Back door doesn’t stay closed, unless the deadbolt is locked. The fact that we were asked to not flush toilet paper and provided with garbage cans with no liner, that was a huge turn off.

NHL Stadium Series

We came to Columbus to watch the game and stayed at this property. The location was perfect! The house was nice and cozy and met our traveling needs. Jennifer was a great host!

Family weekend in Columbus

Home was really nice. Perfect for our little family weekend in Columbus. Nice table to enjoy all 6 of us playing games and enjoying time after the Bluejackets game. Only think that would make it even better would be 1-2 more living room seats, but for as much time as we spent there it wasn’t really a big deal. I would stay there again. If you’re older be careful on the stairs going up to second level bedrooms. Very small steps. Property owner was in contact for anything needed and home was nicely decorated. Bedroom on first level was excellent. Kids stayed upstairs and two nice bedrooms. Quiet street minute or two from downtown.

Columbus Zoo trip

I waited to post this due to being very disappointed. No where did it mention that one bedroom up stairs has no air conditioning. Theres one window unit in the bedroom on the opposite side of the home to cool the whole upstairs. Fans were provided just didn’t move the air enough to cool the other bedroom. Stairs heading up and down are very dangerous the steps are the size of my cell phone. I took a picture just in case we had to file a claim since my daughter whose 35 fell down the stairs. I’m not sure how this home got the ratings it did. The living room space is very small our family of seven couldn’t all sit in the living area not enough seating. Unless you want to sit in the dining room on hard chairs.Floors of the home are very uneven watch you don’t trip.The master bedroom has one ac duct that is all but covered by the dresser the only other ac vent is in the bathroom, you need a box fan to bring air into the master bedroom. Very disappointing glad we just mostly used the home for sleeping

Nice place quiet neighborhood

Nice and clean location, close proximity to OSU and downtown. Property manager very attentive and helpful. I would recommend this location.

Great Place!

I brought my daughter and 5 of her fitness to Columbus to see the Melanie Martinez concert at Nationwide Arena. The location was so convenient! Took me 6 minutes to drive the kids to the venue! The price was extremely reasonable and was well worth it! We live about 2 hours away and I couldn’t have driven back home after picking the kids up at 11:00 pm. The place was so clean and beautifully decorated! There was a small glitch getting into the house due to a typo on my end when entering my contact phone number. I messaged the host and she was so prompt in getting back to me and we got right in no problem!!! Would definitely recommend this rental if in the Columbus area especially if you are in town for a concert at Nationwide Arena!

Family Vacay for the win!

We stayed for a total of 8 nights. The host is awesome and house is amazing! We loved every bit of it and the city! We crammed as much into our visit as possible and nothing disappointed! The house is super comfortable and has everything you could need! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the area!

offers a retreat in the historic neighborhood a few minutes away from downtown columbus.
You're welcomed into a welcoming living
space with a 55’ Smart TV where you can binge watch complimentary streaming services like Hulu on High-Speed Wireless Internet. The dining area, intimate and luminous, is perfect for conversing with other guests and our fully equipped kitchen has a complimentary coffee bar and tea with a small breakfast nook in the corner decorated with natural plants and has a washer and dryer for our guests. The second bathroom is located in the first floor which is fully equipped with a bathtub & all fixtures.
This two story home is equipped with a king
bed - plenty of closet space and attached bathroom with a 55’ smart TV with complimentary streaming services like Hulu. The second bedroom which is located on the 2nd floor has a Queen bed and full bed with a hanging rack. The Third bedroom also located on the 2nd floor has a queen bed and a work station with monitor, HDMI cable and accessories. There is an air mattress for your additional guests (we charge $25 per person after 6 guests).
The outdoor patio is connected to the kitchen and has access to our guests with outdoor seating and if you like to play cornhole you are welcome to do so in our private yard.
There is off-street parking right in front of our house and typically available at all times.

*Please note, like every other large city, Columbus experiences traffic during rush hour. Travel times may vary depending on the time of day you head out. We have free street parking available in front of the house for our guests. For any additional guests we charge $25 per guest and we also have an air mattress available at the property if needed. Our patio outdoor seating cushions are not waterproof after the use please put them back in the chest.
