“Macaw Cove" is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single-level, detached cottage in Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort with everything you need for a great time! Ideal for a large family or two couples, "Macaw Cove" sleeps 5-6 comfortably in proper bedrooms - no sofa sleeper here! Lovely views of the Links golf course are enjoyed from almost every space in the home and guests are able to cart, walk, or bike to EVERYTHING in Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort!

"Macaw Cove" is child-friendly. It is situated with two steps leading to the front door - there are no steps to be climbed to move about the house, all on one floor (which includes 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms).

There is a king-sized bed in the main floor master bedroom, with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master suite is incredibly spacious with lots of privacy.

One queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunkbed make up the guest room on the main floor with a full bathroom right around the corner. There is a lighted ceiling fan and sliders that open up to the screened-in porch. The décor is just delightful and makes guests feel at home!

The living room has a large sofa, and loveseat, for kicking back and relaxing in comfort. You will find a Bluetooth speaker ready to be linked to your phone to stream the music you enjoy. The living room also has a Roku/smart TV - so remember to bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime/streaming credentials with you on your trip. There is more than enough room for everyone to settle in at "Macaw Cove."

This privately-owned home has a nice kitchen featuring granite countertops, a new tile backsplash, and nice stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped (full-sized refrigerator!) for the enthusiastic cook who enjoys feeding family and friends! A Keurig coffee machine (and a few starter coffee pods) is available, and the kitchen includes a sitting counter for quiet mornings as the rest of the crew emerges from their restful night's sleep.

There is a full-size washer and dryer in the kitchen, hidden in a lower cabinet, with detergent provided. Laundry facilities in the kitchens is a common feature of Sandestin® cottages :)

The outdoor space at "Macaw Cove" is lovely! A screened-in patio is complete with comfortable lounge furniture. The patio backs up to the Links golf course with golfers in the distance (but not close).

"Macaw Cove" is located within the resort of Sandestin® and is on the bayside nestled amongst golf courses, the conference center, and Baytowne Wharf! The beach is a mere 1.5 miles away (please bring your own beach towels), close enough to cart, walk, or bike over but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle (and noise) of beach life. Walk out the front door and head in any direction towards fun and entertainment! All of the fun is within 1.5 miles of the front door!

The owners take great pride in providing the types of amenities that they, themselves, look for when traveling with their friends and family. You will find everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your vacation, including the golf cart, a full-sized washer and dryer in the home, power stations on each nightstand, bathroom amenities, beach chairs, a pack-n-play, and a booster seat for your use. Cleanliness is critical to a guest's experience and we employ the most highly-rated housekeepers in the area.

* Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a security doorbell and cameras outside the home that record video and audio of those entering the home from all doors. There are no devices inside of the home.

* Golf cart keys will be left out for guests after liability waiver is signed and returned
