Beautiful unit overlooking the tennis courts and just a short walk (6 minutes) to the beach on tree-lined, paved paths. An umbrella and two chairs are kept in the unit for our guests' use, as well as a wagon to carry your items to the beach. NO STREETS TO CROSS!! A shuttle is also available for pickup at cottage and drop off at beach entrance during prime rental months. Pool chiller in large pool!! Tennis and pickleball courts are steps away!

All weekly rentals in include one day of beach rentals.

Hidden Dunes Beach & Tennis Resort is a Silver Medal tennis resort and a Gold Medal pickleball resort on tennis resorts online. There are six rubico tennis courts and three pickleball courts.

This is a completely remodeled unit with new flooring, furniture, appliances, paint, decor, etc. It was our goal to make this the perfect getaway and home-away-from home for your vacation.

Covid-19 cleaning: All linens are changed between guests and the unit is cleaned and sprayed with a disinfectant. Covid-19 guidelines are followed.

Hidden Dunes Beach & Tennis Resort is beachside and on the south side of Highway 98. Enjoy a wonderful getaway with the beach within walking distance (6 minutes--no crossing streets!) and tennis and pickleball courts literally steps away. Sit and relax on the screened-in porch and watch your friends and family enjoy a game of tennis. The resort offers many opportunities for walking and riding bikes. This is a second-floor unit and there is one flight of stairs. This unit is not handicapped accessible.

The living room has a sofa and love seat and a LG 86” smart TV with sound bar (YouTube TV, Sling (with tennis channel)) and streaming capabilities. Enjoy the ultimate theater experience without leaving the property.

The dining room has seating for six at the dining room table and two at the bar. (Two additional chairs are nearby for additional seating at dining room table.)

The kitchen is chef-ready and fully furnished with everything you would need for preparing and enjoying a wonderful meal.

This unit has two bedrooms downstairs and a loft upstairs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, chaise lounge for a nice reading area, and en-suite bath with shower. This bedroom has a LG 65” smart TV.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, a LG 55” smart TV, and access to private bath.

The upstairs loft has two queen beds with a LG 50” smart TV and an en-suite bath.

This unit is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

There are two community gas grills located steps away. The beach is a 0.3 mile walk (about 6 minutes) on mostly tree-lined paths. No streets to cross. During prime season, there is a courtesy shuttle to the beach which will come to the unit for pickup. There are two pools located within Hidden Dunes, one of which is heated during the winter and equipped with a pool chiller in the summer, and a hot tub.

Hidden Dunes is a tennis and pickleball resort and has an on-site pro. Clinics and lessons are available. Matches can be arranged by the pro. There are six rubico tennis courts and three pickleball courts located within Hidden Dunes which are rented by the hour. There is a pro on duty and both private and group lessons are available. Proper tennis attire is required.

Hidden Dunes also has a playground area, basketball court, and cornhole located not far from the unit.

Numerous shops and restaurants are located near and within driving distance to Hidden Dunes Resort. The outlet mall is located about 0.50 miles away; Sandestin is about 0.25 miles across the street; and Grand Boulevard is about 1.00 mile to the East with shops and restaurants.

This is a beautiful, peaceful area where you can take long walks along tree-lined paths, play tennis, swim, or go to the beach. Such a relaxing vacation can be had here.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. SMOKING AND VAPING ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE UNIT OR ON THE SCREENED-IN PORCH. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS EIGHT (8).

CANCELLATION/RE-BOOKING FEE: $100

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY. Contact owner for a list of kennels in the area.

Ring doorbell with a/v on property for guests’ safety and to monitor property when empty. There are no other cameras on the property.

All guests are required to fill out and complete a rental agreement. The number of guests are limited to eight people.
