With our home you'll have 4 bedrooms and 3 baths that can sleep up to 11 and is located minutes from the Oklahoma Fairgrounds, the fine fares of Plaza and Paseo, and a short drive to downtown. Need to go further? Not to worry, you can hop on I-44 and have quick and easy access to all of Oklahoma City, UpTown and the South Side!

With a full kitchen you can whip up your favorite delights, or you can slip down to a local favorite like Empire Slice House or Halls Pizza Kitchen and bring some delicious dishes.

We hope you'll love it, and we hope you'll stay and play a while.

This is not what it looks like online. Pictures are clearly AI enhanced. Neighborhood has its good parts and bad parts, and I did not feel safe with the surroundings. I have stayed in 20 VRBO's in the last several years and I have never left one for a hotel. Initially the property manager was responsive but then stopped responding. Just didn't work out for us.

Pleasant and comfortable

We had a really enjoyable stay in OKC. We were in town for the Memorial Marathon and chose this rental based on location & square footage. The house is roomy and quite comfortable. There is a nice seating area on the backyard deck and lots of fun things to do if kids are included in your group. Based on feedback from the others in my group, a couple of things need attention: There are broken blinds for the master bath & master bedroom windows. The downstairs bath shower curtain should be replaced.The pillow in the second upstairs bedroom should be replaced. It also is in need of a deep cleaning throughout the house. Other than that, the neighborhood is quiet and close to restaurants,museums,and other points of interest. The communication with the property manager is top notch. I would feel comfortable staying here again and recommend this rental for anyone considering a vacation in OKC!

Fantastic

Me and my wife stayed here with our friends the weekend of our wedding and the hosts were great. Very nice home and we had lots of fun! 10/10 would book with them again.

Great location for Fairground events

We were here for a cattle show at the fairgrounds. Perfect location. Easily slept our crew of 5. Kitchen had all we needed and more for meal prepping snd feeding the group. Refrigerator was fantastic for food. Loved the cooktop with skillet in the midfle

Dishwasher smelled like north end of a south bound mule. Side gate removed/damaged. Kitchen faucet very loose. Coffee maker in name only. Better?

Birthday Celebration

Location was easy to find. Parking in the driveway only a few steps to the front door. The owner has this home well supplied compared to others. Master bedroom was upstairs, beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots and pans and utensils we needed and more. The backyard play area was great for the three littles to blow off some steam!

Great stay

Stay was very nice. Nice accommodations and inside was very nice. Need to work on back screen door noisy and hard to close. Very relaxing and would stay again.

Family fun, minor issues

The property was surprisingly bigger than expected. There were 11 of us and we never felt cramped. Our younger 3 loved the bunk beds, toys, and outdoor playground. The house itself was cozy. We ran into a few issues (small leak from ceiling upstairs, trash issues, and clog in bathroom upstairs). We brought them up to management. They were very responsive and quick to offer a solution. Overall we had a great stay and we would stay here again.

very Unpleased With Cleanliness

Upon arrival. initial entry, smell of urine. dirty refrigerator, dirty linen, dirty microwave, outside trash can full. typically not my gesture to leave this type of review but i emailed my concern directly and no one replied. microwave.. a bag of popped popcorn left in the microwave.. linen left in the dryer that i assumed was for the downstairs bedroom because the linen was filthy with stains. i laid momentarily only to wake up with my black shirt full of pet hair which means they failed to changed the linen before arrival, so basically i laid in the same space as someones dog. i have stayed at pet friendly places before that were emmaculate. tthis also applies to the black socks that i had on, full of pet hair from the carpet. dirty towels left in the laundry basket. with only enough clean for 3 people. a pile of trash was underneath the sofa that looked like it was left after a floor sweep. outside trash was full, the same day that they are serviced. shower curtains mildew smelly because they are cloth and should be washed from time to time. upstairs toilet not working because someone turned the water off. we filled it and cleaned it before use.base of every toilet was dirty, pots and utensils not cleaned, basically we spent 3 hours to just feel comfortable when there is obviously a cleaning fee for that. its clear that the property is not being managed or from what i gathered, someone lives there. my take, unless you are ok with a very pet friendly home stay elsewhere.

Weekend Get Away with Family

Overall the stay was good. There was plenty of space for 6 adults and four young children ages 3-7. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the play equipment outside as well as the playroom inside. Plenty of games to choose from. There is only one television in the house and Saturday was family college game day. We could not find a remote for the tv anywhere. Contacted Will and he was right on it. Providing a universal remote with batteries. Once programmed we were back in business. The only other issues were limited bath towels. I found some still in the washing machine. I ran the washer with the laundry soap provided and made it work. The dryer was stuffed with sheets so they had to be removed to dry the towels. Don’t know what happened there. The kitchen faucet needs to be tightened and the bank of outlets above the sink did not seem to work. Had to move the coffee pot to the table for a working plug. Despite these issues we enjoyed our stay. Now that Will has been made aware I’m sure these issues will be resolved. I did not want to keep contacting Will for these things as they did not prevent us from enjoying our stay.

Home like Atmosphere Goal

The Vrbo experience far exceeds the hotel stays. The home was very welcoming and it met our needs for our family. Will encourage more time on cleaning and not leaving dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

Fairgrounds home away from home

The house was perfect for the whole family including our toddler. It's a very quiet neighborhood. The host has built an awesome fenced in backyard with playground toys and forts plus there are plenty of toys inside for kids of all ages. Everything worked great and the house kept up pretty good with the heat wave in the middle of June. The house looks like it has been rented a lot so there's some wear and tear but everything important is in working order and the host is great at responding to any questions. We spent 10 days at the fairgrounds and this really was a home to go back to at night. We'll be back for future stays!

Cute updated house, perfect size for our family

The house was just what we needed for our stay. House was very nice, updated and very roomy. The neighborhood could be iffy for some people but we saw the vision and the revitalization of the area. The outdoor parts of the house could have used a quick clean up. Back porch had some things that should have definitely been cleaned up before our arrival and the locks on the back door were loose and should be fixed. Overall our stay was nice and we would probably stay there again, if some of the things would be fixed before another stay. None of our concerns were discussed with management, I’m sure if they had been our needs would have been met. The management came to replace batteries in the front door lock and he was very nice and pleasant so I’m sure he would have address all of our concerns if we felt strongly enough to voice them.
