Hermoso condominio restaurado con vistas despejadas de la playa, el golfo y el atardecer. El balcón de gran tamaño, con puertas corredizas de vidrio desde los dos dormitorios y la sala de estar, es perfecto para celebrar el atardecer con amigos y champán. Esta unidad da directamente a la famosa playa de tigertail y al Golfo de México. ¡Este complejo privado cuenta con un club de tenis y canchas de PICKLEBALL recientemente agregadas! Hay un puerto deportivo de 160 resbalones si elige traer un bote. La playa está justo afuera de la puerta, conveniente para los entusiastas del bombardeo matutino.

Tenga en cuenta: la asociación SS Club cobra a los huéspedes $ 25 al registrarse. Exigen que todos los huéspedes se registren en la oficina de la torre 3 para recibir información sobre el libro de reglas y el estacionamiento. Regístrese en la oficina dentro de las primeras 24 horas.

Great stay

This was a great stay the condo is well stocked, and it made our trip excellent. The wagon provided made trips to the beach a breeze. I would recommend and I would come back!

Would not go during busy season . Would be way too crowded with size of pools and lack of more elevators. Condo needs desperately to be remodeled . Enjoyed pool except for a loudmouth lady who said she worked there and hung out at pool micromanaging everyone . Not sure why she’s paid to disrupt peoples vacation. Could not relax by pool because of her . She should be banned from pool area . Lastly we had no rules or directions in room or given by office aside from a gate code. More rules and directions need given .

Great Place!

Joe’s place was just as described. It’s a great location with good access to the beach and pool. The view from the balcony is amazing!! Joe was very responsive and gave us great recommendations on some restaurants. We would stay there again!

Multiple stays

Love staying here! My sister and I have rented this condo multiple times. The views are amazing, the condo is exactly what we are looking for. If you are looking for a quieter area out of the “Spring Break” beaches, this area is for you. And this condo is a steal for the views and area it gives you walking access to!

Beautiful views

Wonderful views of the sunsets over Marco Island. A bit of a hike to the beach but worth it. Pool was nice but pretty crowded at times. Overall a very good time. Joseph was very easy to contact for anything that was needed.

Two words awesome awesome

We Love Marco Island. We hope to come back many more times. It is so relaxing and just the paradise we need after a hard year.The Everglades were great too, we did the grasslands and mangrove tour. We checked many things off our bucket list. We made alot of great memories.

Location and view rocked.

Everything was great but the condo needs a little lipstick and new carpet because nail boards are exposed at both bedroom doors and walls are pretty dinged. But JJoe, the owner was great. We will be back next year! Priceless memories.

Great view

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, especially the great view. The photos were accurate, so no surprises. Some suggestions -- more hand bath towels, a small chair in each bedroom to sit on when changing clothes, replace the missing towel rack in Master bathtub/shower, remove the clutter jammed into the Master clothes-closet, provide sturdy hangers, remove over-stuffed, pillow-laden, soggy, stained couch on balcony (dumpster material). Also, info ahead of time where to sign in upon arrival would be helpful. I would grade the view a "5" and condo "3."

Great place to stay

Joseph personally comes and meets you for check in. We were actually planning on paying to do a sea shelling Charter to look for sea shells but before we did we asked Joseph his opinion and he said multile charters take multiple trips to the same places with multiple people and our best bet was probably just to go along the beach where we're staying at. We ended up finding 80 Conch shells,1 huge Conch shell and 30 sand dollars. Also there are plenty of things that previous vacationers have left to use. The most helpful item for our beach trip was the leftover beach wagon which made it a breeze taking everything you needed to and from the beach. All in all it was a great first trip to Marco Island and I can see us returning in the future!

Wonderful Stay

We had the most wonderful stay. We walked out onto the beach from the condo and had a great view of the ocean. The communication between the owner and I was superb! Joseph would have immediate answers to all my questions. The access to the condo was super easy. He paid for all our laundry needs. Unheard of! The condo has a laundry room per floor that charges. We are so use to having a list of things to do for departure by the owners that when Joseph said we didn't have to do anything I couldn't believe my ears. He is very generous, responsive, and a kind person. Rare these days for sure. I did have to clean a few things in the condo but that was minor compared to all the things Joseph did for us. Thank you Joseph for giving us a care free vacation! I would stay here again!

Beautiful View

We enjoy many things about Marco Island. And we have stayed at South Seas Tower 4 a total of 3 times. Different condos each time. The view is amazing. That is why we pick this Tower. Our room was sufficient and we really enjoyed our balcony and again the view. There was a nice new tall table and chairs on the balcony that were nice because we did not have to look through the railing to see Tigertail Beach. There is some older furniture on the balcony that really could be removed because it just made it look cluttered and less attractive because it was rusty and dingy looking. I did scrub the floor of the balcony my first night there. Lets just say, the cleaning crew might need some pointers. There were no hand towels or washcloths the night we arrived and only 2 bath towels. I called our host and he assured me we would have towels by morning. We sure did. The cleaning crew showed up with a laundry basked full (They evidently didn't think to return the towels before guests arrived) and the host went shopping and bought a whole bunch of brand new bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and beach towels. Down side of the condo is the carpet. It really really needs to be replaced. And the pillows could also be updated. There were a lot of nice beach things to use and that would come in very handy for a family with children. All is all, we had a great week.

Die Ausstattung und die Lage des Apartments war sehr gut. Wir haben oft auf dem großen, schattigen Balkon gesessen und den Blick auf das Meer genossen. Joseph, als Vermieter, war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gern wieder.

South Seas Northwest Tower 4 condo 1410

Not updated in 30(?) years. TV's did not work well. One only played 1 station. Pans were awful. Sliding glass doors were filthy and extremely difficult to open and close. Outside patio was filthy- had to wash down table and chairs to use them Love seat was so stained it was unusable as were the rusty bar stools and dilapidated tiny bar/counter. Poor lighting except over dining table. Kitchen trash was filled when we arrived. Bedside table's top drawer rolls open. One needs nails or tape to keep it closed We had neither. Bottom of tub in master bath is no longer white:( When the toilet roll gets small it slides off the holder. The outside of the front door was painted and we were never informed. I ended up with paint on me. Refrigerator was clean, the freezer was not. We were left with someone's huge, torn plastic bag filled with dirty shells. People in the building were very nice; we had a terrific view. Spoke to owner a couple of times. Seemed nice and tried to make TV work but didn't. We gave him a list of issues thinking he might give us some money back but didn't.

Fabulous location! Great condo!

We loved this condo and location so much. If you love birds, this is the place for you! Overlooking a bird rookery, and beautiful sunsets. The walk to the beach is long unless you shortcut through the lagoon. (Look up Tigertail Beach.) The shelling on the Gulf side is great! Lots of sand dollars, conchs, cats paws, and scallops. We loved that the previous renters left things like salt, pepper, oatmeal, beach toys, etc. that mostly get removed from rental condos after a visit. We left a few things too to pass it on. :) Joe is a great guy, and well-known around the island we discovered! The guards at the gate were either very helpful, or really not, but once you pay the extra $100 at the office and get the "official" pass, you're golden and they don't hassle you at all. Lots to do and see around Marco. It's a 5 hr drive to Key West, so if you have the chance to visit there too, we highly recommend it! We will come back and rent from Joe again! Looking forward to seeing him, Boomer, and Boone in the future!

Great views and location.

Enjoyable and relaxing. Condo needs updating especially carpet in main bedroom. It was a good place for the three of us. Everyone enjoyed themselves and Joe is a ver accessible owner.

Escape winter

We really enjoyed being on the quiet side of the tower. Spent a lot of time on the huge balcony watching the osprey and the sunsets. The condo was well furnished (could use new pans that would sit better on the flat top stove) and made for a very comfortable stay for our month on Marco Island. My one complaint is the slider from the living room to the balcony. It works very hard. Joseph is a great host who responds quickly to any questions I had.
