The Space:

Welcome to Modern Vistas. A new addition to our family of stylish and luxurious condos in Kihei and Wailea. We want you to feel at home the moment you step inside. A convenient in unit full-size washer & drying is provided. Our condo is located directly across the street from Charlie Young Beach; perfect to enjoy the sand and catch the most amazing sunsets. The property amenities include a pool, hot tub, several BBQ grills with picnic tables. This is a great location, walking distance to many beaches and restaurants. This slice of paradise offers a local and relaxed setting, maintaining a vibrant community. Take a breath and experience Aloha



Guest Access:

The entire condo is yours to enjoy. Pacific Shores offers amenities for guests such a pool, hot tub and BBQ grills. A full-size washer and dryer is in the unit and laundry detergent is provided.



The Neighborhood:

Kihei is located at the base of Haleakala, a sprawling and majestic 10,000 foot high volcano. Stunning views of the mountain are everywhere. Lined with miles of beaches, local food & shopping, and walking distance to many activities. Fun fact about Hawaii- all beaches are public! There is no such thing as a private beach anywhere in the state. Together with neighboring Wailea and Makena, the area enjoys numerous shops, restaurants and “happy hour” opportunities. Pacific Shores is a short distance from many grocery stores, including a Safeway, Times and Foodland. If you prefer Costco or Target swing by on your way from the airport!



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car for your stay! It is the easiest way to get around the island.



Other Things to Note:

Please be advised that personal package deliveries such as Amazon etc- are not permitted, unless under medical emergency and with advance approval.



Our baby essentials are provided through Nokaoi Baby Rentals. Please visit their website at nakoibabyrentals to arrange your rental. You will pay them directly for the rental and they will deliver the item to your unit.



We recognize the importance of a good night's sleep. We use the same mattresses as the Four Season Resort for extra comfort and rest. The "Pillow Bar" has three types of pillows for guests to choose from that cover possible allergies and softness preferences.



Communication is one of our strong points. Our team is happy to offer suggestions on all things Maui. Vistas Vacation guests receive complimentary concierge tips on places to see and experience on the island and our team is on hand to offer any information during their stay. Our 5-star ratings speak to this.



We do not provide snorkel equipment or cooking oil due to local COVID requirements.
