Nice for multi families

Fully equipped home, plenty of room for large families, nice backyard. Game room in basement Very comfortable stay. All essentials PLUS. The kitchen included all. Quiet neighborhood.

Pretty Good!

It was nice to have a place that could fit the entire family. The home is pretty well updated and clean. Outside (yard, playground) is a little run down, but that wasn't a huge deal for us since we spent little time at the house. Be cautious at the front door because the front steps are a little uneven, and the stairs leading to the basement are off the door to the left when you enter -- if you aren't paying attention you could trip and fall. My only real complaint was that it was much too warm in the house. The thermostat was set to 76 or 78. I tried emailing the owner and didn't get a response. However, I think perhaps they only check their VRBO chat and that is why. Despite a warm and muggy night, I think this house is nice if you would like a place to stay that's close to everything in Provo and Orem.

Great place great location

We have an annual siblings and spouses get together. We chose this place because it was centrally located. We would go back because the host and the house were fantastic.

Best beds I have slept on!

We stayed for a wedding and had the bride, groom and half the wedding party with us. The house was perfect for the kids to be fown stairs while we did food prep to bring to the venue. The beds were AMAZING!

Great family spot

This home was perfect for our multi-family home base as we spent time in Utah Valley. Plenty of beds, kitchen space, and play areas made it work wonderfully!

Large with excellent location

The house was great, but there were a couple issues. The inside temp never went below 73 degrees even though the A/C was set to 68 and was running non-stop, it was in the high 90's outside. Some of the doors do not latch, so impossible to lock. Primary bedroom door has a combo lock on it, as do two other bedrooms. Combo for the primary bedroom was not the same as the house and other two bedrooms. If you closed the door from the outside you were not able to get back in without a credit card to slide in and open it. One of the other rooms with the combo lock, didn't latch, so no worries about getting locked out. FYI - The house combo did work on it and the downstairs bedroom with a lock.

Family Wedding

We needed a place to stay while in town for our nephew's wedding. It was relatively clean. It was nice to have a waffle maker and plenty of room for our group. Not great was that some of the windows didn't lock, the staircase to the basement is a little unsafe (be careful when you step in from the front porch, and a lot of the outlets spark when you plug something into them. I'm also not convinced our sheets were washed prior to our arrival. Carole was responsive and hopefully took care of some of our concerns. All in all, not great but adequate for what we needed.

Perfect place for a group

We stayed here for a work conference and it was perfect for our needs. We had 5 people and had our own rooms and a nice gathering area. We were close to restaurants & entertainment. It has everything we needed- we didn’t use the kitchen other than the refrigerator. I would definitely recommend this place for families, etc.

Wedding Stay

Great space for us

We have children that live in the area so we had gone to see them but other family members travelled from further away to join us. There was plenty of parking for the family members that came and went visiting us. We enjoyed having access to the entire house. The backyard was also a nice space, particularly for the children we had with us. We found the beds quite comfortable and there was ample seating for all of us to eat together. There is lots to do near the location and lots of places to eat or do shopping. Carole left us a treat and welcome note which was unique to other places we’ve stayed. Overall our stay was comfortable and we would definitely look into staying here again on our next visit.

Beautiful home completely meet our needs.

Home was very clean and well stocked. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent, even communicating with us during our stay to ensure everything met out needs. The home is conveniently located in Orem, UT., near shopping locations and restaurants. Very well priced for for a group of our size. The stay exceeded our expectations!

Good location, lots of room.

The check-in process was smooth & the location was great. There were a few issues, a few disappointments, but Carole was quick to respond and hopefully learned to follow up with her cleaning crew and notify future people who book of changes in the listing before they get there. Not good for people with pet allergies. Plenty of room for our extended family, ample parking.
