Relax in total comfort with the whole family and let your group enjoy a nice private backyard oasis with a deck and pool. This property is new for 2022, with a crystal clear pool, furnished tiered deck, furnished patio, newly renovated interior, family game room fully equipped laundry and more. We built the location specifically for a fun group or family! Check out our extended-stay discounted rates. Located very close to Kings Island, Liberty Centre, and many other local attractions.

Advisable for guests to bring additional pool towels and any other necessary pool type items. Note, there are no lifeguards present and use of the pool is at the responsibility each guest. Please swim responsibly, with an adult present for any children under 12 yrs of age.
Before booking with us, please look over our standard house rules. Nothing too crazy – we put a lot of personal love into making this property your home away from home. Thanks!

• No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• No lifeguard on duty
• Swim at your own risk
• There is a pool on property and you assume all responsibility.
• Must pickup all pet droppings, guests are responsible for their own pets.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home

Great getaway house for family and friends!

Really great stay at this property! It was just what I wanted for my vacation with family and friends. It housed three adults and four children (ages 6-12). I thought my daughter was going to stay in my room, but she saw the bunk beds and refused to sleep anywhere else, so the girls shared the bunk bed room with the help of a twin air mattress I brought. The boy stayed downstairs on the queen air mattress provided by the property. The kids got a lot of use out of the living room area while the adults got a lot of use out of the kitchen, cooking most of our own meals. I understand why a rental place would not stock spices or other food/cooking ingredients, so bring your own on that front. It was all clean and in great working order. The pool was the highlight of the vacation, with the kids really enjoying their time together and the adults getting to be kids again! The washer/dryer came in clutch for all the wet towels and suits! Communication with the manager was also good. Check in and check out were a breeze! I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants a home away from home with a pool!!

Good but could be better!!

This was a last minute reservation as our original VRBO reservation that I had made a year prior for Miami University graduation, was canceled last minute by the property owner! Location for this property is convenient to grocery, shops and restaurants. It was very clean but there were ants on the kitchen counter that got into our food. Also, the kitchen could be much better equipped!! There was no oil, foil or plastic wrap, no spices, not even salt and pepper and very few utensils. We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this was by far the least equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen . We grilled out the first night and tried to turn the propane grill on and realized that the propane tank was completely empty. I called the owner and he apologized and said he would get back to me shortly. Thankfully, my husband and another family member ran to the store and grabbed spices, oil, ice for the freezer because the ice machine wasn’t working and another propane tank. The owner showed up an hour and a half later with the propane tank, but we had already eaten. Communication could definitely have been better as well. Before arriving, I asked the owner if the pool would be open and he said they typically open it up Memorial Day weekend so we didn’t pack swimsuits, but when we arrived at the property, we saw that the pool was ready. The property has a lot of potential, but the owner could definitely improve on communication and equipping the kitchen to make it more usable for renters!

This is a nice, clean, well kept property in a quiet and clean community with GREAT neighbors. The host and team are exceptionally helpful and very responsive to questions or inquiries. This experience was well worth the costs!!!
