Four seasons of outdoor fun are right at your doorstep from this cozy, two-story townhome tucked into the trees next to Griff Creek. At least half a dozen trailheads lie within six miles, including the Brockway Summit Tahoe Rim Trail and the Elizabethtown Meadows Trailhead. North Tahoe Regional Park trails start around 1/2-mile away, and Kings Beach State Recreation Area is less than two miles away. In the wintertime, visitors will have easy access to Northstar California Resort, around seven miles away.

But before you go anywhere, spend some time relaxing at home on either of two tree-lined decks if the weather permits. Inside the main living space, you’ll find soaring ceilings with loft access, abundant natural light, and an open layout. Whip up something tasty in the full kitchen, then grab a bite at the breakfast bar or dining table. Spend evenings snuggled up in front of the wood-burning fireplace while you stream the latest release, and use the free WiFi to post the day’s pics to social media. Keep dinner prep simple on the gas grill, or step out to a local restaurant and let someone else do the cooking. When bedtime calls, two rooms downstairs and one on the main level offer a restful night’s sleep. Tahoe memories are waiting to be made - all that’s left to do is book.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
