Kings Beach 2 bed townhouse minutes from Lake Tahoe and Northstar
Welcome to Tahome! We love our Tahoe getaway and hope you will too. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and the downstairs bedroom has a bunk bed with two single beds ... this is a great for family stays. There is a full kitchen and a full washer and dryer for your use. Wifi is included, so bring your own streaming service passwords as there is no cable TV.
“Tahome” is located just minutes from the lake. We are a ten minute drive to Northstar and six minutes to the Nevada state line (and the casinos). We are a mile from a golf course and close to Kings Beach State Park.
In the summer, enjoy the complex pool, tennis courts, and basketball. In the winter, you will love cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, sledding and more!

Max daytime and nighttime occupancy is 4 people with maximum of 2 vehicles parked in the provided complex parking spaces.
This condo does not have a BBQ because the complex does not allow them, please do not bring your own open flame BBQ's with you because the Home Owner's Association will fine you.
Pets are not allowed due to HOA regulations, this is NOT a pet free condo the owners are able to have pets. If you have animal related allergies this is not the place for you .
No owner, family member, tenant, resident, guest, business invitee or visitor shall vape, smoke cigarettes, cigars, or any other tobacco or cannabis product anywhere. This prohibition shall include the outside common area, enclosed common areas, exclusive common areas (including balconies and patios) and all nonresidential buildings within the development.
