Cozy 2BR cabin. Just added a hot tub! Kid and pet friendly. New gas fireplace in living room.

Rustic by theme, but this space has the modern amenities you'll appreciate on your winter or summer vacation, with mountain views!

No shortage of outdoor activities in the area. Ski or snowshoe in the winter, and fish or hike in the summer. The perfect base camp for all your outdoor activities.

Or explore the historic mountain towns of Fairplay, Alma, and of course, Breckenridge. Between the three, no shortage of places to dine, shop, and have a drink.

If you choose to stay in, you’ll enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, cozy cabin atmosphere, and fast and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. Perfect for work or play!

Our cabin is family friendly. With 3 acres of bristlecone pines and aspens to explore, your kids will sleep well at night. An outdoor play set and sandbox ready for the little ones. Outdoor games such as corn hole and ladder toss also included.

Want to bring your furry friend? Awesome! Our goal is provide a space where kids and dogs are welcome. The doggy door leads out to the 2000 sqft fenced dog run. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture, especially the beds.

Outdoor cooking? Enjoy the brand new barbecue grill and patio furniture as you enjoy the views of the Mosquito Mountain Range, or watch your kids have a great time on the play set and sandbox.



We are located at 10,000 feet. Be Prepared. For winter travel, 4WD is required due to potential of snow. No refunds are given due to snow storms or altitude sickness. Stay hydrated. Be prepared:)

Relaxation with views!

We had a great time, enjoying hikes at nearby Hoosier pass, relaxing in the hot tub with incredible views, and enjoying easy access to Fairplay and Alma.

Great Place Right in Fairplay!

If your looking for a great house, new applicances, stress free easy hot tub, and great location for skiing, this is it! Great communication with hosts. Very clean, absolutely would stay agian.

Cozy Cabin Stay

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean, cozy and comfortable. The views of the snowcapped peaks were stunning! Our hosts were so considerate and responsive and had supplied the home with everything we could possibly need. We wish we would have booked a longer stay!

Fantastic Stay!!

Amazing views, beautiful, well thought out home with many ways to relax and have fun. Owners were great at communicating and answering questions or providing suggestions for what to do in the area. Lots of yard space for young kids and a short drive to lots of fun activities. Would highly recommend!

Perfect mountain getaway

We loved this home! It was so cute and rustic. Clean, had all the amenities you needed. It was warm and cozy and had all the Mountain Views. Easy check in process and the owner let us come a smidge early which was nice because we had our 4 month old with us who needed to nap. Would definitely rent again and recommend for a rental!

Family trip with daughter

We had an amazing time at this wonderful cabin! The location was perfect with beautiful views where we could go to Breckinridge easily while my husband could fly fish. It had all we needed to cook and be comfortable. The beds are awesome to sleep in, our dog loved the yard, and Greg and Kari were very easy to communicate with. The entire set up is great and we highly recommend this cabin!

Cabin getaway

Loved all the aspens around. We just missed the fall colors! Great backyard for the dogs. The only things that we will mention are the beds are firm and all the cameras felt like we were being watched. We get it, but it felt excessive. They are only on the outside but they have the whole place covered. Place was well stocked with everything you need to be comfortable.

Easy 30 mins from Breck!

My husband, 7yo son and I stayed at the house and loved it! It’s quiet and comfortable. Would also be great in the summer. We drove to Breck and it took 30 mins. Went to Keystone too, which was a full hour. The house has everything we needed- cute updates and thoughtful touches. Hosts’ communication was fantastic as well!! Already planning our next stay!

What a View!!!

This property was amazing! Greg and Keri were amazing hosts, communicating with us often and helping guide us when I failed to see the message in the app. Everything was seamless and perfect! Such a cozy spot up on the hill overlooking the Mosquito Range. When we arrived, it was catching the tail end of a snow storm rolling through, so spending some time in the hot tub while the snow was falling was kind of magical! It only took us about 30 mins to drive to Breck from here, so this is a perfect spot if you want to avoid all the hustle and bustle of Breck, but be close enough to enjoy it!definitely would stay again! Thanks again!

Unforgettable stay close to Breckenridge

Me and my friends had a great stay here even thou we spent little time in the house. The house was very clean and super cute inside. They had plenty of card games to play and enjoy some time with friends if you get bored. Great location, only about 40 minutes away from Breckenridge. On the way to Breckenridge, you get to enjoy beautiful views of the mountains. Property hosts were great at communicating and with providing all the information regarding the property. Huge thanks to the owners for sending some of our items to our home which we forgot at their property when we checked out, it was very nice of them. Would definitely recommend them.

Summer summit adventures

Fantastic home base for our 10 day late July stay. Had 3 days of summit hiking – the DeCaLiBron 14er’s (Mt Democrat, and Mt Cameron, Mt Lincoln, Mt Bross), 14er Mt Sheridan, and 13er North Star Mtn. Spent an afternoon in Breck. White water rafted the Arkansas just north of Buena Vista. And Hit up Devil’s Punch Bowl just across Independence Pass! This is the perfect place… ESPECIALLY if you have a dog! Extremely pet friendly. Was the first time we’ve ever been able to bring our German Shepard with us from K.C. Even without a pet this place is great. I’d come back with my family anytime. Just enough out of the way to have as much privacy as you could want, but not so much that you weren’t a 10 minute drive from town for beer and groceries. Amenities were great! Everything you’d expect from a condo in Keystone or Breck. Would highly recommend!!!

We purchased and rehabbed this cabin in Fairplay because we have passion for all the outdoor activities the area has to offer. We are very excited to share our cabin with families that share our passion. Most winter weekends you'll find us staying in the detached studio apartment on property.

Location, comfort, and value. Near Breck, but nowhere near the price. So much to do in this area year around. Bring your kids, bring your dog. We have the setup for you!
