This updated condo features a Master suite, private balcony, 65-inch HDTV, includes high-speed secure internet for any of your remote work needs, and more! From your master suite, access your walk-through bathroom featuring both a tub and shower combination.  The full kitchen includes full-size appliances and common kitchenware and also has a dining space and kitchen bar seating. This gives you the space to entertain guests while preparing some of those home-cooked meals. The living room offers additional sleeping space with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa and pull-out twin love seat. This room also features floor-to-ceiling windows, providing a direct panoramic view of the beach/ocean and east Skyline.  Take a few steps through your slider onto your balcony to enhance your views even further. This 11th-floor private balcony will get you closer to these unbelievable breathtaking views of the sandy white beach and sparkling bright blue ocean!

🌞 Our Sunbird Condo is convenient to many restaurants, which include Pineapple Willy's Restaurant & Bar right next door! (Easy gate access over to the restaurant). Other amenities beach chair setup with umbrella for RENT on the beach, cable tv, secure high-speed internet, FAST elevator access, 3 pools (including 1 HEATED SWIMMING POOL west pool) grilling area, a newly upgraded community laundry (located on the first floor) with smart pay option/apps that let know you when laundry is done or the ability to add dry time right from your phone.
