Majestic Beach Resort

The Majestic Beach is a 5 Star Resort with all the expected amenities including a semi-private beach with over 650 feet of Gulf frontage. This beach area is less crowded than other public spaces. Majestic is a family-oriented resort and not a party resort like many other places.

As a Guest of the Majestic Beach Resort, you will have access to the amenities and conveniences in both Tower I and Tower II. Resort Amenities include observation deck, lounging chairs, picnic table, winter and summer activity programs, and outdoor grilling area. There are 2 above ground walkways to main building from garage, luggage carts, unloading area from parking garage, unloading and pick-up area on ground floor, 24/7 security, emergency condo maintenance, garbage trash chutes on the same floor.

Guests have access to the entire condo.

You will receive an email in order to register with Majestic resort and also to gain access to the parking garage. The fee is $40+ tax and that is a one time fee during your whole stay. Wristbands can be found inside of the unit. You will receive an email with Check-in instructions and door access codes closed to arrival. Upon arrival, you're checked in and can go directly to the condo.

The parking garage is across the street from the resort. There is a 20 minute loading and unloading zone located in front of the towers. The 3rd floor of the garage is the main area for luggage drop-off and access to luggage carts. Use the skywalk to get from the garage to the unit.

NOTE: Use of the Owners personal beach chair, cooler, umbrella, and other beach gear are included with your stay. However, should any item become lost or not function properly making it unavailable for use there will be no refund as the use provided is at the courtesy of the owner.
