This comfortable apartment features 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, a living-dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the balcony with beautiful ocean views. The bedroom has a double bed for a restful stay.

You’ll have fast Wi-Fi, 2cable TVs, air conditioning, hot water, and fans for your comfort.

For your beach days, we provide towels, a small cooler, and portable beach chairs. There are also board games and ping pong paddles for your entertainment.

Important: Only registered guests of this Vrbo reservation are allowed access to the building. Visitors are not permitted, even for short visits.

You’ll enjoy full access to all the great amenities in our building — the pool, kids’ pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, and parking. We’ll happily try to accommodate flexible check-in and check-out times while making sure everything is perfectly cleaned before and after your stay.

Please remember: Only guests registered in the Vrbo reservation can access the building. Visitors, even for a short time, aren’t allowed as per condo rules.

Smoking isn’t allowed anywhere in the condo, including the balcony.

If you’re bringing a car, kindly let us know at least 24 hours before check-in so we can register your vehicle and arrange parking.

Before check-in, we’ll need your information for the Accommodation Registration Card (TRA). We require the full names of each guest, the type and number of their ID (passport, foreign ID card, DNI, etc.), and their city of residence.

This is a legal requirement established by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism, according to Article 22 of Law 2068 of 2020.
