A gem of a property! Close to Supermarkets and attractions in Homossassa. Absolutely spotless throughout. An extremely well equipped kitchen, very comfortable lounge and bedrooms. Lovely large showers and all comforts thought of by a lovely host. Communication from Dana and Larry fast and friendly.
Easy access for cars.
Spacious kitchen and breakfast bar
Ready to go and try a local restaurant.

Communication with the owners was efficient and pleasant. This was our first Vrbo experience and they were very helpful throughout the whole process. The home was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay there.

Vacation with friends

We had such a nice stay at home away2 in Homosassa Florida. Dana and Larry absolute go above and beyond to make the stay absolutely wonderful. Any questions were promp and helpful! Their home was beautiful furnished and clean. The convience of the well stocked kitchen , bathroom, laundry, etc. our welcome basket was such a kind surprise.Many thanks to Dana and Larry for spoiling us!!

A must stay!

We were very comfortable in this home! We always felt safe in the area. The neighborhood/street was quiet. The listing appears to indicate a spa/hot tub which there isn't one. We would highly recommended this home!

This place was perfect. We felt like we were at home. They supplied everything we needed and more. The place was so clean it was like brand new. The owners were very nice and thoughtful!! We didn’t want to leave and we will be sure to come back. A+ Thank you❤️

Thanksgiving holiday

Relaxing Retreat 2 was wonderful! The home had everything we needed and then some. We enjoy cooking and for the first time had a place that had everything we needed to cook a wonderful Thanksgiving meal. We enjoyed using the fire pit (so easy to use!) to roast marshmallows and enjoy S'mores. We loved the decor and the comfort of the home. The owners responded quickly when we contacted them although we did not need to do that often.

Homosassa rental property

My wife and I found this property to be exceptionally clean, furnished very tastefully, and supplied with everything one might need during a stay away from home. It was convenient to the areas we wanted to visit and we would consider staying here again if in this part of Florida in the future.

My husband and I are retired. And this is our vacation home. We have family in the area and visit Homosassa often.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We live in Texas and come to Homosassa several times a year to visit family. So we decided to buy a new home and put it on this property that we bought. This area is really convenient for us as family is really close to us. Walmart just down the street from us. We are also close to all attractions. Homosassa wildlife park, Monkey Island, Crystal River, Three Sister Springs, Kings Bay, Fort Island beach, and so much more. You can swim with the manatees, take an air boat ride, snorkel, bike, golf, fish, and scallop in the bay. Many Great waterfront restaurants and a Great place to spend Winter.

Our home has an open concept in the Kitchen, Dining and Living room (with 55" HD Smart TV) Decorative beach decor in every room. It has 3 Spacious bedrooms. Master bedroom has a King bed and a 40" HD Smart TV. Other 2 bedrooms are spacious and both have a Queen bed and 40” Smart TV. 2 Full bathrooms. Master Bath has a huge walk in shower with seating area. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer and a sink. We have a totally fenced yard with a gate that can be closed. We Just Love our home. And we hope you will too.
