Guest Access:

🚪During your stay you will have access to Crescent Penthouse with a private entry to the staircase leading up to the third story for a wonderful stay! The laundry room and the back yard to include the hot tub are shared with the other unit on the property.



🚪 Alley Access: Please note that the entrance to this property is located off an alley. While the alley provides privacy and ease of access, we recommend reviewing your check-in instructions carefully to locate the entrance without any hassle.

🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing pets, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per pet, collected after booking, A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



🌡️ Temperature Control: While there is no thermostat accessible in this unit, we’re happy to adjust the temperature remotely at any time to ensure your comfort. Just let us know your preferred setting, and we’ll make the adjustments promptly.



🏠 Private Space: This unit comprises the entire 3rd floor, complete with a kitchen, living room, full bathroom, balcony, and 2 bedrooms, all accessed by a private entrance from the back of the house! The main level and 2nd story are rented out together separately.
