Our spacious craftsman has a large lot with a long driveway and street parking. The home is newly remodeled with a beautiful open concept living room and kitchen. Two bedrooms with queen beds are upstairs while the basement holds the laundry area, a large family room and the main bedroom with two twin beds.

The description and pictures are accurate. The kitchen is well stocked with all the things you need if you like to stay in and cook for some meals. The coffee bar is well stocked. The kitchen pantry door is fun. The front porch swing is great to sit on for morning coffee or the sunset. The home is in a great location and easy to get into Old Colorado City, downtown, Garden of the Gods and all the other highlights of the area! The host responds quickly.

What a great house in a quiet neighborhood in the coolest part of Colorado Springs. Thank you Jami and Jimmy for a very comfortable stay. The house had all we needed and more. Terrific house with great access to Colorado Springs highlights

Our family loved staying at this place. The house was wonderfully updated with so many great attention-to-details amenities to make a home for a few days. It was very clean upon check-in; the entry code process worked great. We really enjoy sitting outside on the porch swing in the evening to share some drinks. Our family was interested in getting into the mountains and hiking on this trip, and this house had great access to Pike's Peak and to other mountain roads. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I don't think the photos do this house justice! It was beautiful, there was plenty of room for us, and the location is incredible! It's right off the highway so a short drive to downtown or a short jaunt to Manitou Springs/Garden of the Gods. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again!

Anniversary get away

Lovely accomadations. The dissapointment was the degree offragrances, I had stated I was allergic, but unplugging the plug ins right before we got there, not enough. Host gave us her phone number to call if we needed anything, but didn't respond for many hours when we called. The front door had been left blocked open, which was a little disconcerting. Other Host have simply told us they couldn't accomadate the no fragrance, we understand, and don't rent there.But I was sick the first night and day.

Charming Cucharras Christmas

What a wonderful place for us to spend our first Christmas in the Springs since our sons moved there. From the moment we opened the front door into the cozy holiday vibe with a Christmas tree, soft holiday themed throws and quilts on the beds, to the festive table cloth and an impressive picture of Santa Claus in the corner looking over our festivities, it was in a word Magical. We had a wonderful time. Everything we needed was there and then some. We even received a handmade ornament from Jami with our family name and Christmas 2024! Would recommend this home for any time of year but this was special! We will be back again as soon as we can. If you're planning a trip and want to be close to Old Colorado City and Downtown in a quaint neighborhood, with a wonderful home for a family or friends, this is it!!!

We have 3 children and love hiking, hot springs, our town and surrounding area. I am a native of Colorado Springs so I am always available to answer any questions about the area or recommend good, food, fun and local history.

Our home is newly remodeled and in the best neighborhood in Colorado Springs. I am biased, of course, but we do have the nicest and most caring neighbors. We love the immediate area around our home and spend most of our time off enjoying the many beautiful outdoor attractions only minute away.
