2 Bedroon mobile home on a nice shaded lot in quiet neighborhood (not a subdivision). Close to the beaches, Jacksonville, airport, Jacksonville Zoo, Cumberland Island, GA,
St. Mary’s, GA, St. Simons & Jeckle Islands. Please pick up after your pets. NO PARTIES! Must be 25 to book. We do have space to park trailers, boats, etc. but we ask that you let us know if need extra parking so we can accommodate for your needs

The home was welcoming, clean, well-stocked and organized, and Gwen was a perfect and accommodating host. We were only in town for a short time, but we will definitely look to rent this home again during a possible return trip next month. Thanks, again, Gwen!

Gwen's a great host. This was our third overnight between the Blue Ridge Mountains in NC and Pine Island. The only issue I can think of is the size of the bed.

Exactly what me and the dog needed.Fenced in front and back yards.Everything was super clean. Ceiling fans and multiple mini-split AC units to easily cool things down. Enjoyed the stay! We’ll be back.

Cozy and clean

We enjoyed the privacy and the fencing for our pet. Watching the squirrels were entertaining. It was clean and had what you would need for a getaway

another great stay!

As always--this is the third year we have stayed--we had a great stay. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, family oriented, and the rooster crowing at the break of dawn is a nice touch--and you really can only hear it faintly or if you are outside. Gwen is a great host, quick to respond to any questions, and we have had no issues at all. I like it so much I have already reserved 2026!

Enjoyably cozy

The place was clean and well decorated. I really enjoyed sitting out back and hearing the birds sing. Quite and comfortable. The host communicated asking if we needed anything.

Overall Ok stay

I stayed for one night with my parents and pet dog. The place was in a small neighborhood and I was completely fine with that. Cleaniness, for the most part, was ok. Problem I had was we did not have hot water. We noticed when we finally got back and were about to wash up. I messaged the host and never got a message back. Overall it was a decent place to rest after a long day.

Property was nice for what we needed. Suggestions would be is to have a box of Kleenex in bedrooms. There were a couple of little roaches in kitchen which is typical for Florida. The chickens and turkey in the next property was nice.

Beautiful place

My husband and I truly were impressed at how nice the trailer was. Once you walk inside you forget you're in a trailer the hostess had everything that you could possibly need very well stocked very well maintained very very clean. Highly highly recommended.

Another great stay in Yulee!

Great alternative to any hotel. I discovered this property two years ago, so this was my second stay here. How was it? In a nutshell, I have already reserved my spot for 2025. This is a clean, quiet, laid back area, with chickens (along with a rooster crowing) and ducks just outside your door--but separated by a fence, so no problem at all there. Great vibe, convenient to Yulee food, groceries, things to do. 5 stars from me since that is the best you can rate it! Thanks, Gwen, see you in 2025!

We have owned this property for 36 years. Raised our children here pre teenage years and then relocated (in Nassau county) and turned this property into rental properties. Most residents have been here for many years. Quiet and safe neighborhood.
New subdivision across the street with walking/bike trails and a playground at the intersection if you take a right out of driveway (not even 1/2 mile).
