St. Mary’s, GA, St. Simons & Jeckle Islands. Please pick up after your pets. NO PARTIES! Must be 25 to book. We do have space to park trailers, boats, etc. but we ask that you let us know if need extra parking so we can accommodate for your needs

As always, staying at Gwen's VRBO is a treat. Quiet, secure neighborhood, property clean, lots of space and amenities, and close to Fernandina Beach, while still maintaining a rural feel, and Gwen could not be friendlier or more welcoming.How much do I like staying here? I have already booked for next year!

Gwen's a great host. This was our third overnight between the Blue Ridge Mountains in NC and Pine Island. The only issue I can think of is the size of the bed.

Exactly what me and the dog needed.Fenced in front and back yards.Everything was super clean. Ceiling fans and multiple mini-split AC units to easily cool things down. Enjoyed the stay! We’ll be back.

Beautiful place

My husband and I truly were impressed at how nice the trailer was. Once you walk inside you forget you're in a trailer the hostess had everything that you could possibly need very well stocked very well maintained very very clean. Highly highly recommended.

Amazing rental

Awesome rental and cleanest place I have ever stayed. My family and I traveled from PA and didn’t have to bring much because everything was supplied at the property. Comfy beds, loved the fenced in yard for my kids and they loved the ducks in turkeys outside. Will definitely be back again in the future!!

another great stay!

As always--this is the third year we have stayed--we had a great stay. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, family oriented, and the rooster crowing at the break of dawn is a nice touch--and you really can only hear it faintly or if you are outside. Gwen is a great host, quick to respond to any questions, and we have had no issues at all. I like it so much I have already reserved 2026!

We have owned this property for 36 years. Raised our children here pre teenage years and then relocated (in Nassau county) and turned this property into rental properties. Most residents have been here for many years. Quiet and safe neighborhood.
New subdivision across the street with walking/bike trails and a playground at the intersection if you take a right out of driveway (not even 1/2 mile).
