The Space:

Plenty of room for everyone, comfortable furnishings, resort style sleeping spaces, an awesome private pool & hot tub plus it is just minutes away from all that Austin has to offer. Whether you are looking for an amazing staycation OR a high end home for everyone in your party to gather, this home has it all. The home has 8 beds plus a couch and can sleep up to 18-20 people.

The primary suite has a private and large ensuite bath with a large walk in shower. The room itself offers a lush, king sized mattress with huge windows to watch a Texas sunset. The other bedrooms all have resort style, queen or double beds. There is a large, fully equipped chefs kitchen adjoined to the open living space next to the incredible outdoor area. The backyard offers plenty of seating with a massive pool/hot tub area, grill and covered patio.

Other Things to Note:
Please recognize that this home is in a residential neighborhood and we do have quiet hours after 10 PM. If nose goes above a certain level we will get a fine by the city which is charged back to our guests if this occurs. This does not mean you can’t get be enjoying yourself after these hours but no loud music or excessive noise is permitted.

⚠️ Please be aware that POOL HEATING IS UNAVAILABLE. If the heater is turned on, a $500 fee will be applied.
Pool maintenance is performed weekly without prior notice. The team ensures the pool is serviced regularly each week.

**If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.**
