Due to severe allergies, we do not allow any pets in the Guesthouse. Thank you for understanding.
The entire Guesthouse has central heat and air conditioning. The Shop/garage does have electric garage heaters and an industrial wall fan but no air-conditioning. It stays cool during summer days with the fan and garage doors open to allow breeze from outside to come in.
Guests will need to walk through the basement bedroom to get to the sauna and to the laundry room.
We are located in a safe neighborhood of Spokane. However for additional security, we have exterior cameras: A ring door bell camera outside the front door pointed towards the driveway, a ring camera at the side of the guesthouse pointed towards the side of the shop and driveway, and a ring camera outside the shop pointed towards the driveway. There are no interior cameras anywhere in the property.
