Come prepared to relax in the inviting garden atmosphere of Mary’s Garden at the Beach. Located just a half mile from public beach access, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is the perfect size and location for a vacation at the beach. The house includes a lush private backyard with fence that wraps around to the front of the house, 3 large flat screen TVs, two living room spaces, premium fresh linens, two outdoor hose spigots for washing sandy feet and beach items, two-car driveway, and a fully furnished kitchen ready for a lavish seafood dinner or simple meals.

Fun family week

I think we might have picked the busiest week of the year, but this house sits away from all the chaos of PCB. Its on a quiet street. The highway was under construction so we didnt attempt to walk to the beach, but access #96 was just a few minute drive and wasn't busy any of the times we went. Mary was very responsive to all of our conmunications and the house was even better than we expected. The bunkbed room was huge and was the main hangout for the kids in our group!

Amazing stay at Mary’s Home.

Our stay at Mary’s house was absolutely fantastic. Upon arrival, check in was so easy, and the house was so clean and instantly inviting. We stayed as a family of 7 with enough room for 3 more. The attached sunroom was the perfect spot for warm evenings and family conversations. The kitchen had all basic needs and we loved that this house had a big dining table with enough seating for everyone. Bedrooms were clean, comfortable and cozy and both bathrooms were fully stocked with towels. The beach was a three minute drive from the house or a bit further to get to Pier Park, about 10 minutes. Mary was a fantastic host and easily reachable at all times with quick responses. Thank you Mary for making our family vacation so memorable.

PCB VACATION

Very nice home, a relaxing month. Location they say us everything, and "Marys Garden Beach home " is perfect. Lots to due in Panama City Beach, and the home is perfectly located. We visited 6 different State Parks, and Camp Helen SP was our favorite, only 1.5 miles away. Peir Park is outstanding for shopping n dining, only 20 minutes away. This was our first trip to the "Panhandle of Florida ",, beautiful beaches, friendly people and nice amenities. Thanks Mary for a Wonderful Vacation Rental...😄👍

Spacious Home!

Mary’s Garden home was fantastic! 2 king and a queen rooms all good size! Beds are low for older occupants, but very comfortable!! Spacious closets and dressers in each room to unpack! The young boys enjoyed the large bunk room. Many games were played at the dining room table. The sun room and backyard were exactly as pictured and a true delight at sunset! We frequented Grayton Beach State Park during the day, and Public beach access 95 at night for shelling and crabbing. So close to Winn Dixie and Publix, everything you need close by. Dinner at Salty Sue’s the last night was incredible, a must eat! Thank you Mary for hosting us in your fabulous place!!

Sea worthy

Mary’s house was in a wonderful location. Near several beaches. Be sure and check out Grayton Beach State Park if you want a stunning beach without the crowds. The town of Seaside is worth a visit too. The house has plenty of room for friends or family. A couple of blankets would have been a nice touch for naps. Mary was easy to work with and my visit was very pleasant.

Five stars!

First stumbled upon this house on VRBO, seemed almost too good to be true! Must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Mary is the most thoughtful, gracious host! She provided us with all the information we needed. House was perfect for our vacation. Beds were comfortable and the outdoor space is very cute! Not to mention, the location is incredible. Mary also provided some excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help! Thanks to Mary and her beach house, we had a wonderful weekend! Don’t hesitate to book this rental!
